It is under warranty, which means that I was eligible for a replacement phone in exchange for my dead one. I had to send the latter back and received a UPS label to print out. The idea is to slap this label onto my package, and then visit my local UPS store to drop it off. Simple. Easy. More importantly, it was free! There is always a ton of parking at this plaza. This review will be short because I spent less than a minute in the store. I walked in and two staff members said hi to me. The female staffer behind the counter asked if it was a drop-off. It was. Her male counterpart happily took my package from me, scanned it, and I was done. That's it? Yep. Painless and fast!
