I use this UPS Store regularly. I do majority of my Amazon returns here and other random shipping needs. The staff are always amazing and helpful. I had never had a bad experience. Even when I bring a box in and need help taping it up, they don't complain or make me buy tape for a single strip. They can occasionally get busy, but they are amazing at zipping through the line so you are not waiting too long. They also have other miscellaneous shipping supplies on hand. read more

Absolutely horrible. No communication between workers. I called yesterday to tell them to hold the package, lady stated that's fine we'll do that. Well I called to very this morning and she told me is was getting delivered to my house. Get notification at 10am it was out for delivery and estimated delivery time was 7pm. 730 rolls around and I message them using chat feature. Lady told me my new estimated delivery time was 11:59 pm. I then verified I needed to stay up until 11:59 pm to sign for my package and it said yes. 930pm rolls and and I check again when delivery was. It then said someone attempted to deliver it at 9:16pm and that it being sent back to warehouse. I know that that was a lie because I was awake, lights were on, I was waiting for it and noone attempted to do anything. I am absolutely livid. I called the 1888 number and all he did was take notes. So now I have to wait for them bring it back. I absolutely need that paper I have to sign for and because of lazy people not wanting to get out of the vehicle I have to wait even longer. I love 30 minutes from Aurora which it departed from at 10am. No way should my estimated delivery time be 11:59 pm. Will never be using them again. The website also will not do what I need to do to make changes. Just continues to put me in a circle. Thank you for ruining my night and wasting my day UPS. read more

Was charged for a prepaid label by making their own label. Didn't know how it worked so paid for it when I shouldn't have. Don't expect any guidance with their poor customer service and lack of communication. Manager refused any mistake was made on their part though they assumed it was an old label. Employees don't know what they're doing and manager will cover for them. Sent multiple emails to owner and no response. Do no recommend this store and will not use them again. read more

I own and operate Kat's K9s, LLC. Our business frequents this location and we have never had a problem. All of the staff are great! Sometimes, they struggle with a line during the weekends and peak hours (understaffed?), but the service has always been excellent. They are very polite, and I was even helped carry out a large, heavy package. These guys deserve every bit of patience, holidays or not. read more

I can clearly see why this location has a 2.5 star rating. Today (6/4/21)at 10am, I hauled my Amazon returns into the Thornton Pkwy location. After three trips in, I presented my bar code to the only employee in the store. He proceeded to scan the bar code I had. The code was a no box/label code. The kid said, "where's your box?" I explained it was a code for no label/box. He said I would need more labels because he didn't have a box big enough for all of the returns. After some back and forth he turned around and said, "it's going to be one of these days!" Then another customer came in and got involved in my conversation. Then the "kid" and the customer scoffed, rolled eyes and made fun of me, in front of me. He told me to get out and never come back and then called someone. My understanding is that Amazon has an agreement with UPS Store locations. Take your Amazon returns into a UPS store location and they'll do the rest. Terrible service. No suggestions to me other than to get more boxes. read more

Zero point zero stars. Needed to have a document notarized. Went to UPS site and made an appointment for 9:30a. That morning received an email reminder of my APPOINTMENT for notary services. Showed up at the store right at 9:30a and dude behind the counter (not wearing a mask) was talking on the phone and couldn't be bothered to put down the phone to speak to me. I showed him my appointment, and he asked the person on the phone something and told me that the notary would be there "around" 11:30a. I get these are franchises and that the UPS store sight is for all the stores, but I am very sure that each store gets notified of any notary appointments. If the notary will not be available, how about a courtesy call or quick email? I drove way too far to an excellent UPS store in Westminster that had two people working and both were notaries! If you are going to buy a franchise - live up to the expectations and have a notary available. Thank you...that is all. read more

Very dissatisfied with service I received. I was charged $38.00 for using the postal service. The clerk told me it would be guaranteed overnight and it took 2 days to be delivered. This location does NOT provide quality service and Does not even attempt to make it right with the customer. Very dissatisfiedwith service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!! This store is the closest UPS to where I live and I will drive an extra 10 mins to not deal with them. Let alone that UPS is always my last choice of shipping. The last time I tried to ship something from this store they were closed during the middle of the day for "Lunch Break" and their store hours indicated that they were open. I USE to love this place! They were professional but very friendly! No More. I have been going here since they first opened and after many employees and managers! I go AT LEAST 3 Days a week every Single week And I always bring many people. Me and many family members and many friends have spent large amounts of money there! Which I would not mind at all! " not the first time either" and the way counter employees treat you like you are such a damn bother to them because You want to order food! Beware! I visited this store on Tuesday for 10 copies on 5 pages. What I got was 10 copies on 10 pages and charged for 20. The incompetence at this store is unbelievable! When I noticed the error on my receipt, I returned to the store and the person (Wanda) who overcharged me. I did NOT get an apology and my immediate money back from Wanda. It was only until I threatened to call the police that Wanda refunded the money that she overcharged me. read more
