We had a most unsatisfactory experience here. We called two or three times to be sure they could make children's t-shirts with printing on the front. When we arrived, the young lady was cordial and helpful. We agreed to buy 2 t-shirts and were initially asked for cash. I didn't bring cash, so paid by debit card. The (apparent) manager said we should make sure of the wording or text, so we were working with the lady to do that. We had almost completed this when the (apparent) manager said they didn't have time for this, they were really a design company, and that we would have to bring in "completed" art work. They young lady we were working with was stunned, we were astonished; it took longer for them to refund the charges on my debit card, then it would have taken to finish selecting the text. He said they really only did large commercial orders. Don't go there for just a few t-shirts. read more
