We came in to get a few things printed for our business and Julie treated us so poorly. Once something didn't go her way, her mood completely changed and made the rest of the experience really terrible for us. She rolled her eyes a couple times at us and made us feel like we were a problem to her. We had to come back the next day to pick up our items and she was even more rude this day. There were some things different than the prints we had approved the day before, and she instantly blamed us and made sure to let us know it wasn't her fault. We needed to have it redone and she wasn't happy about it at all. After she fixed our item she just gave it to us and didn't say goodbye, thank you, or anything of that nature. She purposely turned around and started talking to a collogue to prove a point to us that she was done with us. We will take our business printings somewhere else. read more

Then I asked for it to be re-delivered to my location and Alison said it would be redirected to my house the next day and guess what they sent it back to the original pick up location as if that was asked. Incredibly horrible service. Attempted to ship 3 boxes out to a business. Requested return labels to be printed, as well. AFTER the woman spent five minutes measuring the boxes and typing in the shipping address. I was told that the store could not print return labels without an account number I mentioned that I did have an account number but preferred to pay today with new credit card (in full). At that point I researched my account in my phone and came up with my actual account number. I presented it to Miranda (store Mgr) and noted that I would be using an "updated" credit card. She told me that the only way to print and pay for return labels was thru my account number and the card associated with it. Again, I repeated the fact that the credit card paying today was a new card. I was told I could not do it, and quickly dismissed. I loaded my three large boxes onto a cart and left the store, No more FedEx business from this customer ever! read more

These guys are not very helpful. I tried to just drop off a package from Amazon with a preprinted label, in the same box, and it should have taken about 30 seconds. Instead they told me the box was too soft and I needed to pack it better or have them repack the box or buy another box from them. I just went somewhere else and they accepted the package. I know they are trying to sell me stuff but I just wanted to drop off the box and go, why would one office accept it and they didn't? I'm not going there again. read more

I am crying happy tears right now because the ladies at this place just made my day. I'm getting married in a couple of weeks in my hometown of Pittsburgh and needed to ship a large 24"x36" wooden sign home so that it would be there on the day of. UPS estimated that this would cost me $140 to pack and ship. I left UPS disgruntled and disappointed, realizing it would be cheaper to physically fly home with the sign. The ASM here charged me $30 to pack and ship it, complimented me on its beauty, and the other ladies came over and chatted with me about my wedding while they took care of me. Awesome service, guys. Shipped some Keane concert tickets overnight last evening via FedEx to a friend in Austin for the concert tonight. Friend got them this morning! First major positive experience at this location after many disappointing encounters. Later in February, I had FedEx ship my dad's ski boots to him in California, and they got there just as promised via FedEx ground in 3 days! Very reasonable price too. This is the only FedEx Print & Ship Center in the Denver metro area that can produce accurate print orders. Seriously. The only one. The staff shows an attention to detail and an actual interest in serving their customers. In fact, this FedEx shop was the only one out of the 3 that I used that (1) asked questions to clarify details, (2) nailed every detail, and (3) followed up afterward. It was a $1,500 print job, and this shop got the job done error-free. Extra props to Madison, this shop's star employee. Regardless what she makes, she's underpaid. read more

Can't make a simple shipping return in the same box with a pre printed shipping label. Went to another FedEx store zero issues.

Not sure why so many people have had such rotten experiences here-must be a few bad eggs? I say that because I've had nothing but ease at this location and have shipped a good number of things through them. The latest experience was to return a Fitibit using a return label that Fitibit had paid for/sent me. I kept going back and forth between boxes and envelopes, super confused about which one to use, and I couldn't find any shipping sleeves. I almost ended up buying packing tape for the label alone. I ended up going to the counter and explaining to the woman that I had a return label for a ground shipment, and wasn't sure if some boxes were only for air/express, and if they had more sleeves in the back or if I needed tape. She very helpfully explained that people had before returned Fitibits and said my best bet was a padded envelope, which would be much cheaper than a box. She also said she just needed me to fold the label and she would tape it for me. Awesome! Her help saved me a lot of money and effort and I ended up paying less than $1.50 to ship my package. So although unfortunately it looks like folks have had bad experiences here, hopefully they are one-offs because I've never had trouble and this latest experience makes me glad I keep going back to this location when I need to ship something. read more

Upon arriving, employees are quick to greet and help you. When I was ready to send a package, the guy at the counter forgot to ring me up for two envelopes that I had purchased so I had to remind him but according to his name tag "Name, 2011" I'm guessing he was new. I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager, Bryan, for helping me out with a silly dilemma. He was very patient and kind. Good job with the customer service Bryan. read more

Not sure why this store gets such poor reviews. I've used this store 5-6 times with nothing but positive experiences. Today was no exception. I had to return a package and called ahead to see if they could print the label sent by the manufacturer. The guy who answered the phone was polite, gave me their store's email address and even addressed me by name when saying goodbye. When I got to the store I was greeted promptly and the young lady who helped me was great! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I hope everyone has this nice of interaction in the future. I'm still breathing fire after my visit here yesterday! I was simply trying to ship a defective computer motherboard back to its owner utilizing their prepaid FedEx account. It was in a standard shipping box. I noticed three different employees standing around doing nothing, and when I was helped several moments later, for five whole minutes, I was getting questioned by the sales representative as to why the box was so small so spongy, and what was inside. I replied that this was the box I was sent, and if an item is packed being surrounded by four layers of bubble wrap and lots of crumpled up newspaper, it's going to be spongy. He proceeded to tell me that I was going to need a bigger box, taped and trimmed down, at a cost of almost 10 additional dollars. I flat out refused, said I was going somewhere else, and walked out. Good call, as their competition around the corner took it with no problems whatsoever, in its existing form, just a few minutes later - an indication that these people are just out to upsell outrageously. Not sure what's up with this operation as a whole lately, but I've visited three stores in three different states ever since they split from Kinko's, and it's been nothing but trouble. The last thing I need is a lecture from some asshat about how to properly pack and ship a box that's got nothing wrong with it to begin with (by Post Office, UPS and DHL standards, anyway!) Can't recommend. You're much better off with PostNet and The UPS Store. read more

Some type of line system would be nice... Everyone assumed to go to the Fedex side if you weren't there for printing. Everyone got skipped by the people that went to the print side and needed to use Fedex. The employees are never polite either, I come here once a month to pick up a package and they're always complaining about their slow systems and their long days. read more

Dropped off 400 lbs of ground ship packages before the pickup time - advertised as 6pm. They were not sent out that day, which delayed shipping by a day. This was important to our business. read more

For being a shipping company i cant understand why they reject shipping almost everything I bring in. Most of what I ship is defective parts back to the vendor. Everytime I go in they have to open the box look through everything and question everything about the box. Then they try to up sale you $8-20 to repackage everything. I go there for convenience but end up wondering why I even bothered. I'll take the exact box and packaging to other fed-ex locations without issue. Don't go here unless you are as anal as the employees that work there. read more

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. I run two small business and have relied on FedEx Office since they were just Kinko's. We use them for business cards, flyers, tri-folds, presentations etc. Today our scanner went out at our Westminster office. So, I ran down to trusty fedex office to have a small document scanned. It literally took the Manager Brian two minutes to complete (would have been half that if he didn't stop to take a call which certainly appeared to be a casual conversation and certainly not warranting the interruption), Then tried to charge me a ridiculous amount for the 60 seconds of time he devoted to scanning a quite thin document. I was beside myself. After the thousands and thousands of dollars spent with this company to have a manager, whom every time I'm in the store spends more time socializing with his subordinates than serving customers, tries to squeeze me over a document scan that has zero cost to the company to perform. Well other than his time, which he seems to have no problem expending on the companies dollar. What a shameful disgrace and a sad way to end a business relationship. So Long FedEx Office... Makes me yearn for the days of Kinko's and genuine relationships with their customers. read more
