I like doing things from the comfort of my home so I expect to be able to print out a shipping label. No matter what I did, the website would not accept my information. So I went to the local FedEx center to get a label and ship it. They told me that they couldn't print out a label for me so I had to go to Walmart to get it printed. The one in our local Walmart has rude and condescending employees. I told he employee this, he shrugged and said that he was sorry but their center doesn't print out labels and the store in Walmart was the closest FedEx that could. I went to the UPS literally across the street. The cost was the same but no hassle. I definitely do not recommend this company as a whole. They should take another look at their business model to make all of their centers customer friendly.
