One pair definitely needed attention, so it was easy for me to hand those over. But I hesitated a little bit with the other 2 pairs because they weren't really all that badly scuffed. They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! UNPRECEDENTED!!! I just relocated back to the city a few weeks ago and I remembered this place from…read moremy childhood. I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! Excellent service and SUPER AFFORDABLE!! I almost threw them away!!
