It's not often that I have to come here , but when I do my experience is decent. This last time experience was beyond exceptional. I requested my package to be left at the location due to an address mix up. When I got there they couldn't locate my package although it stated it was there . Star who was working that day really went above and beyond for me to make sure I was able to get my package. It took a while , I left and came back when she finally called me to tell me she located it. Not once did she get snobby with me , her efforts truly were appreciated. Not often you have an employee that shows eliteness, and patience. Kudos to her ! read more

Yesterday night about 645 pm the ups guy was supposed to have 2 packages for me. Well I only got one, so I said to my father who use to work for ups, where is my other package. He said maybe the way they packed the truck and the driver didn't know. That I may get it tomorrow aka today. We'll I go and check my amazon and to my amazement it says delivered. We'll I looked everywhere high and low today no package. I look again and it was delivered at 645 when I got my other item. But I never received it, also my box that 2 capri sun's where in so that's 20 of them where in a box badly smashed. Luckily the drinks we're not damaged when he threw the box on my concrete stairs. So I would really like to know where my other item was as that was for my child who is 4 years old. read more

0 stars. F this location in every magnitude. My package arrived here one day 1, without delivery. By day 3, they suddenly claimed it was undeliverable because it was damaged (by them). I said I wanted to determine whether it was damaged or not and they suddenly changed to "oh actually it must have been really minor because it's on a truck for delivery". Said it would arrive by the end of the day. No delivery. Day 4, on a truck out for delivery all day. No delivery. Nothing over the weekend, no status change either. Day 7, status changed to "on its way". Contacted Amazon and asked for help. UPS told Amazon they ensured it would be delivered between 11am and 2pm (of day 7).... Despite the fact it was already 4pm. Said to give it until the end of the day. No delivery. Day 8, contacted Amazon again and asked for help. After several hours of Amazon contacting UPS, they now claimed the package couldn't be found. So they not only can't do their job... they also lie about what they are/aren't doing. read more

The hours of operation differ from what is posted online to the front door piece of paper stating it's hours of operation. So much so, that it's basically the complete opposite. Staff at the customer service counter is not at all pleasant. Actually boarder line rude. read more

The Watertown location is terrible this is the third or fourth time they lost a package of mine. This location doesn't even have a number where you can speak to somebody directly just at 800 number that goes to a customer service that's not even in this country. And they were no help they sent you a link to fill out a claim. It's just frustrating I checked my tracking and it says my package was delivered in a town that doesn't even match the shipping address that was on my package. Don't bother going to this location, where the website posted hours are NOT at all accurate! they don't open the customer center till 5:30PM! When I actually caught the chance to go stood there with another customer for a good 25 minutes yelling for SOMEONE. lights were on no one was attending the counter. this is a piss poor operation if I've ever seen one they aren't even worth the 1 star. read more

Trying to speak with an employee or management at this location is a nightmare. Outsourced call center in the Philippines where the agents just read off their screens. Resulting in no real solutions. I've been trying all night to be reconnected with Amanda at the Watertown location; with no luck at all. I just want to verify a pick up time. The agent at the call center is saying that they cannot contact her to call me back (even though they did 4 hours ago). I had two frozen packages to be delivered to me. One was said to be delivered while the other one was "to be delivered". I called to ascertain the problem - the local phone number went to an offshore outsource. Very frustrating as these are food items an if left for overnight again will be defrosted and no longer of use. You can imagine my disappointment and ire. I couldn't understand the first agent and asked for a supervisor. I asked the first one to slow down three times as the words were not clear. You're gonna laugh, a fucking shipping label!! The driver simply places a shipping label that's says 24 pounds with my receipt. Not my muffler. That blew my mind anyways Instead they lose my package then tell me the company has to contact ups to get a refund so I can wait another 3 weeks to get my muffler! Oh joy! My order 1Z454R0A0305139231 was scheduled for delivery 3 times between 5-15 and 5-18. The deliveries never made it and each service failure was attributed to "inclement weather". I have never heard of bright sunny days being characterized as inclement weather. UPS' assigned service failure excuse is a joke meant to allow UPS to claim a higher rate of on time delivery. Absolutely horrible customer service. Promised by three separate customer service reps and the local people when I went down there that I would have a call back about the delivery that they "attempted" which never happened. No reschedule delivery note on the door or anything. Now it's the weekend and customer service says that I'm basically stuck until Monday because there's no one at the facility which is also BS seeing I used to work for UPS and they have supervisors there that should be able to help. I've had the worst customer service experience here and have no clue how you guys can continue to function as a company so large with such terrible customer service. If I have a choice in the future I will not being using you guys. I rather pay triple the price to get a different carrier. I'm very excited to go talk to the local facility when I go on Monday to take time off work and pick up my package and tell you guys personally that you're absolute garbage. read more
