12.30.23 I was at this FedEx location this past week when I was in the area. I was meeting up with some friends & afterwards I remembered I had to send a package out due within 2 days. I wish I got his name but unfortunately I didn't. This guy was so helpful & over accommodating it was incredible. My package had a P.O. Box address and Fed Ex doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes. He started trying to help me out. He googled the business to try and get a street address but it listed several with all different suites. I can't say enough about this guy and how stellar his customer service was and is. He's a little older with glasses. He is outstanding. The value for me with them is better than the ups shipping. All in all I want able to ship out the package at that moment but regardless, their ownership of helpfulness was beyond what I've experienced in the past. Took the day off from work for a package to be delivered, delivery driver did not knock or ring doorbell. They then left a door tag saying I missed the delivery. How is ringing the doorbell not standard? I called FedEx and they told me they won't redeliver it unless I call the shipped and have the request it. So I did that, seller put in request so I called FedEx again and asked about it and they told me I will probably have to wait until tomorrow. So guess what the means I have to take the day off again and sit at the door waiting for FedEx to show up. Insane. read more

Drivers leaving packages in piles of snow. How idiotic can they be. I got notification my packaged was delivered at a gated driveway . I do not live where there is a gated driveway. The a** dumped it in the snow. I never got the package. They need to fire the driver who was delivering packages in the Old Waterbury Rd area of Southbury on 1/30/26 . As he is clearly dumb af !! If you need to ship a package, come to the FedEx in Watertown. Next day shipping or ground available. I find Fedex to be the most reliable shipping company. At this specific location, the staff at the front counter is very helpful and very friendly. Shawn and Trudy make you feel like your package is the most important package in the world. Convenient parking right in the front. All your packaging needs can be met from tape to boxes and everything in between. Five stars all around for this shipping center and Fedex! read more

If your shipping without a label and you need pricing, you can go on there website fedex.com (unless your already here) You will need to measure & weigh your package all depending on when & where it's going that will be your pricing guesstimate! Now if your using one of those websites to sell Merch from I can guarantee your best bet is to use their shipping labels it will be cheaper ! Amazon, Mercari, eBay, posh mark they have a contract with fedex that passes the savings on to the customer. Also buy your Packaging material from Staples (cheapest) or any other big box stores before coming here. Otherwise you will pay for the convenience of buying it here. If you need tape they will allow you to use it. But if you have a pre-made shipping label from a website you cannot print it here nor do they have a copy machine for customers use! Also fed-ex ground shipping does not go out on weekends. I think Fridays 2:00 is the cut-off time. Employees are very helpful when your not sure what's best. read more

The energetic, flamboyant sales associate at this location insisted that my return package would be fine and that I didn't need to "waste" money on making sure it was "neatly" packed. Well, my item was never delivered as FedEx claimed the package was "damaged" and because I didn't elect insurance when shipping this return, they denied my claim and I've lost both $120 & my items. read more

Ivailo A Im having a problem about my package not being sent to my house and I called them a bunch of times and saying it's being delayed due to bad weather with that being said the staff is giving me a line of excuses about the weather and it's still sitting in your facility for 2 weeks and it's now being shipped back to Indiana and I had to call my credit card and give me my credit back. There should be an investigation about this and you are responsible for my package and it's not delivered to my house and words can't describe how frustrated I am with this system. FedEx in Watertown, CT sux!! Supposed to have a package delivered by 10:30 and 1:00 rolls around and I have NOTHING. We did have about 3-4" of snow the night before but seriously? Then I get a notice saying we tried to deliver but missed you and we need your signature. My doorbell is broken but they NEVER knocked on my door. My daughter was sitting 6' from our front door so I know they didn't knock. The office says that they will reroute the guy here because he's still in the area but an hour later still nothing. Plus, the woman at the counter tries to blame the missed delivery on my daughter saying she may have had headphones in or gone to take a shower. WTF FedEx? Do your a favor and drive 100 yds down the road to UPS or the USPS, but skip FedEx unless you like having your day WASTED! read more

Watertown Fedex is the worst ever. Parcels do not get delivered to the door. They get tossed at the end of the driveway... dropped at the mailbox... End up in the woods. Fragile items are broken... Ice is melted in perishable packages... This is not the service I expect... nor does the shipper. I keep calling the Omaha Steak company, Bath & Bodyworks Company... every company shipping to me to request that they switch to UPS! I won't even use them for my business! First review ever! Fedex Ship Center in 35 Mountain View Rd has a horrible customer service! I do use UPS for my business but due to their change of hours, I have been going to Fedex down the street. There is two people working upfront. A lady and a man. That lady is just miserable at all times. Forget a smile or a hello but she makes you feel like you shouldn't be there. Everything is a big hassle for her. Wanted me to go print a shipping label somewhere since It was too much to scan the Return Code and she was having issues with that. Now mind you, I am not local. So I am trying to reason with her but she is just a miserable human being. I mean I would understand if she is having a bad day since we all do but it seems to be the norm with her. Customer service is just that, customer service! I hope a Supervisor reads this and switches her with someone else from the back that is less miserable and actually wants to help people! read more

Several times over 2 years we never receive packages from this specific fedex location on time. Each time (5) we are told there was an attempt to deliver & we were not at home & a delivery notice was left. Let me tell you, this is totally not true. The driver just doesn't do his job & we the recipient suffers. Don't use fedex if you can help it. Poor inexcusable customer service. read more

I have always been thankful to have your delivery service here in Connecticut. Your company representatives are always helpful. I give FedEx a very high rating. One issue I do have is that sometimes packages are subcontracted to a company called Lasership. In Lasership's last message to me, they said after another 2 days (already 6), if I have not received my package I should call the seller. Their company was given possession of my package for delivery. So no, I won't be calling the seller. I will be calling the lasership company again and again. They are the company who was responsible for my delivery. How can they allow a delivery representative to mark my package/account 'Delivered' when it is not true. I have a video service. Their company never came to my house. The seller is not responsible for the delivery, FedEx is not responsible, but Lasership is. I am just one of the customers who is continuously ripped off by their company when packages are MISSING, MISPLACED, LOST, DELAYED, STOLEN, and FAKE DELIVERED. If they can't be responsible to the customer, then they should not be in business. Their company's could-care-less policy is unacceptable to me. No I'm NOT calling the seller! I'm calling Lasership. Then I'm calling the State of Connecticut Better Business Bureau! The seller and customer are hiring, paying, and trusting in FedEx to deliver their packages. FedEx is the service we expect. I recently had to return a computer for repair. The counter person at FedEx was extremely friendly and very helpful. When my computer was returned to me, I opted to pick it up at the FedEx location in Watertown. I received a phone call from FedEx, letting me know that my computer had arrived and was available for pick up. Wow! What great customer service. To get a personal call from a delivery company is unheard of. FedEx really understands the value of giving outstanding customer service. Thank you, FedEx! read more

i brought in my own box and stuffing and the lady looked it over and acted like she was helping me by taping up a fedex box and handing it to me. at the end of the deal she told me "it's 3.99 for the box." which suprised me. I asked her why I couldn't use my box and she said it wasn't suitable which I think is rubbish. it was only slighltly bigger than the one she sold me. there was no "menu" as it were for products up there. Why not just give me a f****** box if I come in? to her credit she did say thank have a nice day. most places don't even do that anymore. read more

I'm astounded by the rotten service provided by this FedEx location. I spend tens of thousands of dollars a year with FedEx and can not believe what just happened. A package was to be delivered yesterday, 12/21/12. It was not, and there was no communication about it. At 7:43am 12/22/12 I received a text stating it was out for delivery and would arrive by 8pm. at 7:48 pm I received a text stating it would not be delivered due to inclement weather. There were only a few flurries in the morning, and none of it stuck. So the weather excuse is a bald-faced lie. Did I mention that my house is 14.2 miles from this location? According to the tracking, my package was returned to Watertown at 5:52pm. Had I know they would be this irresponsible I could have picked it up when I was driving through town earlier in the day. This is nothing short of appalling. The driver and manager of the location should be mortified by delivering this kind of service. If FedEx corporate is looking for people to ax, I nominate these folks. read more
