This was my first time here and tried to send a pkg overseas. The cost was extremely high. She gave me a date for it to arrive. I was told if it wasn't received I can get a refund. Went back when the receiver never received it. She said someone will contact me. Never did. Went back and she told me it was delivered. Unfortunately it was sent back to me. I went back again and they made up many excuses as to what happened. Did not want to refund my money back. Finally after all the hassle I received a phone call back. I was refunded half of what they said I would get back. Now I will have to go elsewhere to resend my pkg overseas. Like I said before, thank you for nothing. I dropped off a packages and they wouldn't take 1 of them. This place really doesn't deserve any business. Most places will accept return to sender on packages. Even the post office would of taken of taken it. Sorry to say this if you do this to other customers you will end up shutting down. The customer always comes first and your business does not support customers so apparently you don't care. read more

Not helpful at all when you go in you feel like you are bothering them No greeting no smile and not willing to help. I have been there twice and was new to the store and was not helped at all.
