I give up! How many times must I attempt to have my packages delivered to my FRONT door, FRONT clearly marked by having an address clearly visible, an actual FRONT door with a doorbell, a FRONT porch with the typical WELCOME sign and chairs facing the FRONT street with everyone's MAILBOXES clearly marked in FRONT of the residences? A typical FRONT entrance with a COVERED porch. Mosinee FedEx drivers evidently do NOT know what the FRONT DOOR looks like. (Although, they did recently deliver my package to my NEIGHBOR'S front door.) Below are photos of apparently what Mosinee FedEx Drivers prefer to deliver my packages to my back door. No address. No doorbell. No protection from the weather. An area reached by walking from the Street BEHIND our residence, a distance including tall grass, a pond to walk around, and more grass. How do they even know it is the correct address? I am so frustrated. I called the provided phone number but their Automated Service said it cannot connect me to a live person. "Goodbye". read more

The UPS store in Wisconsin Rapids is closed. There are drop off places. I was fortunate in that a place where i asked for help finding the defunct UPS, helped me. They printed a mailing label and gave me directions to a Fed Ex store that will take UpS returns. What should have taken 10 minutes took over an hour. Yelp, please make sure your information is up ro date!!!!!! read more

I have used this ups store on three occasions. One was a quick hand the box with prepaid label, and two were to mail gifts to our daughters living in AZ. I was treated well on each visit. I have not used their service to box and pack, but it there if you need. Convenient location. read more

Poor customer service. Attempted to return a broken item to Amazon with a preprinted UPS slip. Original shipping box, well taped and secured. However, service was refused. No reason other than we cannot take this and ship it back for you. Will not spent a dime in this store ever. Go to Ace Hardware for your shipping needs. read more

Donna, the owner, did an amazing job packaging and shipping my fine crystal, china and sterling silver. All of these items were inherited pieces that I would be devastated if they got damaged or broken..... However, 24 pieces of china, 15 crystal glasses and 30 plus pieces of sterling silver all arrived to its destination safe and sound!! When my aunt downsized, my parents used UPS Store #6619 to send some framed family photos and heirlooms (Seth Thomas mantle clock, needlepoint rocking chair) to me in California. Everything arrived in great condition with no damage, not even the glass in the photo frames. Owner Donna Brandenburg was very helpful and prompt with her email communications. Her team did a very thorough job packing everything - it took a long time to unwrap everything when it arrived! I'd recommend using them for shipping anything important. read more
