Had two packages that needed to be returned to a well known telephone company. As I was coming to the counter, the clerk asked if these were returns for that company. That company and UPS have a agreement so that returns are done at no charge to the customer. Clerk was polite, professional, and prompt. I was in and out quickly. read more

I had to do a ship to store for my boyfriend as we are long distance and I forgot one of his Christmas gifts when I went to see him. major issues dealing with the receiving UPS store. Jessica and Josephine assisted and explained everything I needed to know about shipment and fees. And even called back to check in about the package potentially being returned. working in a customer service environment, I could only hope for new hire agents as compassionate and thorough as these two gals. 10/10 both deserve a raise. read more

I visited 760 W. Firepower Rd, Winterville NC. I carried items to be shredded. Near the entrance was a shred box that was covered. When I stepped up, the young lady was rude and very unprofessional. I told her that I wanted to have these items shredded. After paying, I asked do I take and put my documents in the shred box behind me... she said no, I will take them to the back. I then said, we'll it's medical records so, I want to ensure it doesn't get into the hands of someone else. The young girl proceeded to say, well you can watch me or you can go somewhere else. I was completely shocked and embarrassed by her tone considering I was paying customer and the store was filled with other customers. I then told her I can watch. I turned to the gentleman behind me in disbelief and said, well I guess I won't be coming by to this store. The young girl turned around and said, " thank God". I will never do business at this place again. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I will be posting my experience on every social platform that exsit. To the managers.... please train your employees on how to interact with customers. Giving this business a 1 STAR is being too kind. read more

This is THE UPS store I frequent. The wait time is minimal if any and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Everything is clean and neat and the shipping experience was a breeze! read more
