I needed photos notarized for legal documentation and he not only claimed that's "not" what a notary does, he was VERY condescending about it and proceeded to insulted my nationality. Went to open up a box for a business. There were two employees who were constantly moving and helping customers. The young lady immediately made sure that to state that someone would be helping us soon. The young man that helped me with opening the box was very personable. The only suggestion I would make was for new P.O. Box customers to have their address written/printed out to ensure it is accurate. I asked a couple of times and was told it was box123. What I would have liked was. Tooth fairy 720 S. Eastwood Dr. #123 Woodstock, Il 60098 I don't know if that's the correct format but I didn't know. To make it easier You can have them preprinted and just add the box information. Just a suggestion, otherwise great first encounter. read more

I have been in this Woodstock location almost everyday for the past month, as I just started a business from home. The personnel have always been so kind and friendly. Have answered all my questions no matter how many people are waiting for service. They are quick and eager to help in anyway they can & always polite. read more

The hours for the store are incorrect on the UPS website and on yelp. They don't open until 8:30am. When I confronted the girl who was opening today, as to the fact that the hours online don't match what is posted on the door, she shrugged and didn't seem sorry nor did she attempt to provide any customer service. There were three people waiting outside the store at 8:10am, should probably update their hours so people aren't late to work. read more

Horrible. My return items are not making their way back to Amazon. Nothing but problems. The counter people cannot read the codes, always a big problem and hassle with returns. Do yourself a favor go to a different UPS store. read more

Worst UPS store ever. I shipped out two items, both were delivered damaged. Items were boxed in their manufactured shipping boxes. Items both arrived damaged, the UPS store filed a claim and it was denied. So angry!!! Someone at the UPS store, UPS driver obviously dropped the items. I paid for insurance to cover a possible damage. Now I'm denied??????? Small claims court! Do yourself a favor, avoid this location. Several bad reviews. read more

I have a small business and ship or visit the Woodstock store a few times a month, for the last 10 + Years, depending on my needs. The staff has always been very pleasant, professional & helpful, I have never experienced a problem, period. In fact, if ii owned the store, I would be thrilled to have the current staff! read more

I WILL say the UPS Store had some good qualities: cleanliness, service within three minutes, camaraderie; and if I scan my brain I could think of more. I really thought the customers liked me. But I guess customer care isn't a buzz word anymore. When I asked if I would be lifting 50 pounds all day, the answer should not have been, "No, not all day." It should have been, "No, but ultimately a few hundred pounds in the entirety of the weight you'll be dealing with." They do a good job with a box, those ladies do. So, maybe I just wasn't a good fit? I don't think that determination can be made after 21 days. When an interview lasts more than one hour for a minimum wage job, can't it be made in 60 minutes. Either way I would have been sent packing. Honestly, now that I've failed to bring my issues to a doctor, and I've crowed about them online, I feel even worse . At least I can say this overweight, long time writer was given a chance to make it in the 21st century. Possibly a male could do better. In the end, I give TUPSS good marks but there is no measure to my confusion. read more

You know people, its not really about the personalities of the people who work there. Its about whether or not they get the job done. Our society is so full of people with terrible attitudes - and I am talking about the customer - its really pathetic. I see reviews where something happens and its an accident and people trash the reputations of the business. Doesn't anyone see the ridiculousness of this attitude? So for the public, I give 2 stars - and that's being generous and mostly because I generally like people. For this Business, that I have been renting a mailbox from now for about 4 years? 4 Stars. I maybe should give 4 1/2, but thats not an option. I am withholding one star because, surely - no business is perfect. There is always room for improvement. I find that most of the time, the owner is not in. The staff are younger people, and the main work lady that is usually there is young, not super personable - because she is SHY people! Come On! But she very respectful and tries to do a good job. The other young gentlemen are good, as far as a "public persona" goes. Overall, the performance is what I would expect. I ask for my mail, I mail stuff, I send through UPS on occasion. They Pack. They Ship. They do it on time. read more

I use the UPS store all the time! I had them put together a program for my daughter's wedding and it was perfect and completed in 2 days. I never use to think of using the UPS store for print work and taking photos and creating a canvas but now I go to them for everything. The store is always clean and comfortable. LOVE the UPS Store in Woodstock, Illinois! They ship my packages on time, are courteous and very helpful. I love it that they now offer prints and copies of anything you need. I just had a 16"x20" full color print done for $4.83!!! And the quality is great. I would recommend this UPS Store in a minute. 10 Stars! read more

Outstanding customer service! The owner,Al, repackaged my item to save me money. He took the time to problem solve the best most economical way to ship my item. It was a 9x16 area rug that I mistakenly ordered. Al was sympathetic to my situation and made my day! read more
