That I am intimately familiar with and find forgivable. My problem with this store is the jagoff manager and his rudeness. I called the manager this morning to request his help resolving this issue. He told me he'd look into the issue and requested I call back within the hour if the problem wasn't resolved . I did call back because he was unable to resolve the issue. During this call he told me point blank that he'd rather not speak to me again. I'm moving my business to FedEx.
