Can't seem to deliver packages to correct address. Drivers don't know the difference between street drive and lane. I think they're illiterate as it's routine to expect UPS to screw up shipping Edit to respond: that was some great way to shift the blame and not take responsibility for your companies failure to read a street label. It happens so often I have become friends with my neighbors because UPS can't deliver anybody's packages correctly out here in the foothills. You will be charged $10 to have a package shipped to this store if you are just a visitor. Wasn't it just $5 a couple years ago? First, remember, these are not "UPS" stores. These are franchises, just like a McD's or 7-11. The idea is that the franchisee is allowed to use the UPS logo in order to attract customers. The only thing "UPS" about these stores is a UPS terminal. That said, many of us, most of us, have come to expect the highest level of service from UPS. Sadly, that is not the case with these stores. I ordered a solar panel from Amazon and had it shipped to this UPS store. I had previously ordered a few of the same panels and had them delivered to an RV park we were staying while traveling. Amazon had previously sent them using UPS so I decided to have this order delivered here. While I was having 3 outgoing shipments processed I noticed my solar panel box leaning against their wall. They told me that this was sent USPS and even though it was my package and I had ID that they would not give it to me. Instead they are going to have USPS return it to the Amazon and I can go to the local post office on Monday and maybe they'll be able to find it and maybe hold it for me. The manager or owner had a 'could care less' attitude. They claimed this was because I didn't have something signed with them for them to receive US mail. I offered to sign something and the only thing they would offer me was getting a 3 month mailbox for $85. It's unclear if they would have even given me the package then. I wish I could give this zero stars! No mention of a fee to pick up a package the SAME day it was delivered. They had to hold it for 2 HOURS and they claimed I needed to pay for it because I don't have a mailbox with them?!! I should have just had it delivered to my home but The option was listed as FREE. This is the best UPS store. They have the best customer service and make shipping a package very easy.

I do NOT RECOMMEND . I am a UPS employee retired after 40 years and spent years in usps surepost processing through our facility. I have also been to dozens of UPS stores across the country and although independently owned, we're often at a higher standard than ups itself! EXCEPT this one, lone UPS store in Yuma Az, Yuma is a haven for RV travelers. I am trusting these stores to receive parcels as I travel, and I pay exorbitant fees willingly to retrieve both UPS parcels, USPS parcels, and those USPS parcels handled through UPS. After ordering necessities, Amazon determines at or after purchase which carrier to use, many many are those surepost UPS/USPS parcels. This store refuses to receive ANY USPS packages, UNLESS you rent a mailbox from their store! My needed items were irretrievable and returned. Without notification. A really bad business decision by this one store owner. I've paid between $5 and $10 per parcel received. Trust in the UPS store network is shattered. Do NOT blame Amazon for this owners personal policy against what ultimately could be even legitimate UPS surepost parcels. Some disclaimer should be advertised on any and all UPS store locators, Google maps, etc. to emphasize this lack of customer consideration. Yes it says UPS store. Yes they do relieve USPS there. Just not for visitors in what is unmistakably a tourist centric city. read more

Went in with an Amazon return, repeatedly emailed label to them to print.....they supposedly never received it. I even left and filled my car up at Fry's and got on their guest WiFi and sent it, supposedly they still never received it. I am in the midst of moving, my printer is still in a box somewhere, so they made me rent a computer log into my email and print it. Then the made me buy a padded envelope to put the jigsaw (in its original packaging and unopened). I paid, begrudgingly and congratulated them on a great job of "upselling". On my way out the door. I frequently use the UPS Store in my old hometown and have never been through this much of a nosebleed before to make a simple Amazon return. read more

The people here are great I won't say any names but the two sinks in the picture these people were talking forever and the lady was so patient and patient I made way more patient than the people in line behind me but these folks always take care of you with a smile has a bunch of them on staff always the ladies at front and the guy named Gabe in the back my name is Gabe so I like Gabe Brian, All good. I forget that this store is here but I finally remembered to try it recently. The service was okay and they were nice to me. I shipped out a bunch of padded envelopes to different states. They even offered to ship USPS with a surcharge. So I did that. I was surprised that it was cheaper than shipping USPS. So a couple days later, I returned to send more items. At that time, I found out I was charged the wrong amount; resulting in it being so cheap. So it was inconvenient because I could've easily shipped it in town but specifically drove out here. But whatever. Now fast forward a few weeks and my friends were telling me that they hadn't received their envelopes yet. So I paid to ship them first class on the 9th and we're at the 21st and people still haven't received their things. Wow! Needless to say, I will never, never ever, never ever ever, ever ever ever, E-V-E-R....send ANYTHING....through this place...ever ever ever, again. I'd rather drive into town and spend my time and gas to go there to ensure people will get their things when they should. read more

Wow!!! I didn't know that customer service is such a low priority for UPS!! The lady working there was just rude as hell! Had a letter I wanted to ship to Phoenix and all she was offering were the UPS services. When I asked for the USPS she totally talked it down which was very unprofessional!! "IF YOU SHIP IT WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER SO YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IF IT ARRIVED AND WHEN" When I asked for the price difference she said it'll be there by Tuesday! Asked for the price again and she got rude by telling me that I should come down!! "EXCUSE ME???" Better get yourself a dictionary and look up the word CUSTOMER SERVICE! For the rest the store has lots of shipping supplies like envelopes, boxes, filling peanuts, tape, stamps and everything else you might need. Great stop I came into to get copies was greeted by a smiling employee. She asked what I needed help with today from there I let her know I needed copies made. She asked if I needed help using the machines. The young lady was so polite and helpful. She even told me about their prepaid copy cards that they carry and the discount it offers on the copy price. The young lady was very kind and put everything in a folder for me. This was a spot I enjoyed where there was actually customer service. read more

I just hate it when it's 2 minutes before a store opens and they already have a line outside, and won't open their doors, not two minutes early. But today...after waiting for that stroke of 9 am, they had the audacity of opening the doors two minutes after 9. Makes me wonder if they did it on purpose and toying with their customers. They tell you that you cannot receive a package there if you don't have a box with them unlike every other ups store I've used for this purpose, and then they charge you $10 for the honor of having your package sent there (it's $5 at every other ups store) read more

They refused to accept some large boxes, claiming they could not handle valuable freight at their location. They insisted that I take the shipment to the UPS distribution center, costing me another hour of time and effort.
