Rustic Loft quoted 8-12 weeks for delivery, and while it took the full 12 weeks, the timing worked out perfectly for Thanksgiving. Communication was good, and while we were able to call for updates, it would be even better if progress reports were shared every few weeks, especially when you have a deadline like Thanksgiving. Overall, we're very pleased with the craftsmanship, value, and service, and we'd gladly recommend Rustic Loft to anyone looking for quality furniture.
