i was first referred to and contacted the Urbatsch law firm in 2017 when they were in pleasant hill, after fiduciary IMT associates of san leandro undersold by over $100,000 each the 2 rental properties that were paying the mortgage on my mother's home behind my back .. the Urbatsch law firm referred me ( ran me around ) to others who essentially did nothing except tell me It would cost $1,000 for an audit .. 5 years later i contacted the Urbatsch law firm again since they are so prominent regarding ".. special needs .." trusts ( ripoffs ) my first message got lost in their online contact form so i can't post ( quote ) It here .. below is their text message auto reply to my phone Fri, Oct 14 Thank you for texting The Urbatsch Law Firm, P.C.. We have received your message and will get back to you as quickly as possible. --- since there was a character limitation on their contact form i sent the following text messages to give them more detail ..
