After reading all the rave reviews we engaged Silverman and his firm. They seemed highly qualified when going through the interview process and seemed to understand all the concerns of the estate. It soon became apparent,in our opinion, that with court mandated fees they only wanted to do the bare minimum and told us it would be several weeks and possibly months for appointments and to resolve the issues involved. There was also real estate involved and we needed to have access immediately to mitigate any damage. When calling and speaking to the staff we felt they were arrogant and haughty and gave the impression that we were the client and only they knew what they were doing. After several months they eventually said it was too much for them and suggested we hire other counsel. We did and within a few days our new council had the appointments and majority of our issues resolved; whereas, we felt we wasted months with Silverman's firm. In my opinion, I would not recommend Silverman's firm, and again in my opinion, tell people, unless it is a very simple issue not to expect a speedy process or the best Service. read more
