I am not a customer. However, their delivery van blocked my driveway, and were throwing delivery…read moretrash on my property after I had politely asked them to please move - as I was having Bell install new fiber optics in my house, and they had moved temporarily to connect to the main box. The driver responded with a string of invectives, calling me an "incel" telling me I didn't have a job, etc. Very odd considering I mentioned my wife and the technician who were waiting to get into my driveway. I don't appreciate having to clean styrofoam out of my driveway because they can't stay on their customers driveway - nor do I appreciate hostility towards my completely legal right to enjoyment of my property. Incel is a term used by so-called pick up artists who are extremely misogynistic. I had to google it, so the delivery driver's attitude tells me a lot about it. They were also months late getting the delivery to my neighbour who is also dissatisfied with their service. Coach your delivery team - if they cannot respond to a polite request or at least offer a low level apology, they are probably engaging in road rage, insubordination, and other hostile actions. Its a really bad look for your business. And they are also asking for 5 star reviews to try and fight back against the legitimate criticism here.

Where to start... My parents are renovating their kitchen, and as so, they went to order 5 new…read moreappliances. Initially, they had a positive experience and went ahead with the order. They came to an agreement on a set of appliances, and agreed on a delivery date. They were on a budget, hence why they came here in the first place. Lesson learned for future renos! They agree to a Fridge, stovetop, Stacked oven/microwave oven stack (2 separate appliances) and dishwasher. The agreed upon appliances were ordered after reviewing the drawings of the kitchen with these so called appliance pros, who gave us the specs of each item (which we still have a copy of). Invoices get paid, and we await delivery. Fast forward two weeks, items get delivered and the problems begin. The microwave oven (upper part of the stack) is not what we picked out in store and discussed, but is instead a range microwave (the ones you put over the stovetop). The item got delivered the night before, and my dad went the next day when he noticed to return it and find a solution. HENRY now decides to tell him that he can a) leave with the microwave he didn't ask for, but they invoiced him for despite it being completely useless. b) pay $800+tax additional, to get the item he ORIGINALY asked for in the first place, bringing him to a total of 1300+ tax, for a microwave oven (the same price as home depot). For reference, I was able to buy the item for $625+tax, which is less than the difference he wanted on top of the original price. His own sales team was surprised at his abrupt numbers and the fact he refused the refund, as with the proof I had with me, there was no way he could deny such thing. The cherry on top, the bottom part (the actual oven) of the stack was a scratch and dent purchase. When we viewed it in store, there was a scratch on the handle (no big deal), but when it arrived at home, theres two big dents on the bottom of the door, as well as the door being shifted to one side - it looks as if its been replaced since we last saw it in store. I called Henry again to try and reason with him, and it resulted in Henry hanging up multiple times. My review aligns with others who say under new management, this place has gone downhill. My parents were screwed over in the process, whether willingly or not, and Henry is unwilling to take any accountability in the matter. This could have easily been resolved with no harm no foul, but Henry has no resolution skills despite owning a business. My honest belief is they saw my parents were haggling with the price, and to make the numbers worked charged for this microwave that is deemed useless as they wouldnt pick it up on the invoice (both are refered to as Frigidaire Gallery with a differnt code beside it), knowing they'd be unable to return it and have no choice but to pay the difference. There is now a case with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and our bank with the proof in hand to resolve this. I urge anyone reading this review to run so far the other way, and don't look back. This place is sleazy, and not to be trusted. I will be back to the store to discuss the door as we have photos of the original and photos of when it arrived. @Henry since you wouldn't communicate over the phone, I hope this review helps you understand the upset behind our recent transaction.
