I walked in and was introduced to Jimmy and Pat and a few other of their staff that were in the office. I'm never able to get anywhere with my insurance company, however, within ten minutes of getting all the details they needed, they were able to not only speak to someone who to get my claim resolved, but they were able to start the repairs almost immediately. The repairs took about 2-3 weeks and when I got the call to pick up my car, it looked like I just bought it from the dealership for the first time. The paint job was immaculate and all the repairs made were beyond what I expected. Seemed like no one wanted to be bothered with such a small job, but when I sent an email, Jonathan was very quick to get back to me, and let me know that they could help me, no problem. I showed up later that day and he took a look at the car, letting me know it was about an hour long job. When I offered to reschedule for the next week, he simply said to just drop by Saturday morning. I came by that Saturday, and the guys installed the ornament very quickly and it looks GREAT! My grandfather ran into the tire place and immediately after he entered the store, an old man came out of "fantastic auto repair" and started to yell about how I couldnt park there. Whenever I tried to explain that my grandfather would move the car once got back, he yelled over me without actually listening. I wouldn't trust any of possessions in his shop with the aggression that he was throwing at me because I pulled in a few feet too far left. And then once he saw that bigger, older men were coming out with me after I ran inside to get my grandfather, he changed his tune. If you're considering using this shop, make sure you have a conversation with the mechanics who will be working on your car. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to leave my car with a bully who only picks on people he views as less powerful.

I…read morereceived a call stating that the key to my vehicle had been misplaced and that I would need to provide a spare. I explained that my company only issues spare keys in emergency situations and asked if he could continue searching for the missing key. Instead of addressing the issue, he responded dismissively, telling me to stop focusing (dwelling) on the key and implying that if my vehicle had been in an accident, it wouldn't be in the shop. I reiterated that it is the shop's responsibility to keep track of the vehicle key. He then replied, "Well, I won't have it until next week." He then intentionally hung up on me while speaking. Additionally, I was informed that the necessary parts are on backorder, meaning my car will not be repaired anytime soon. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against using this shop. The owner seemed very prejudiced as well. If you're an organization with a fleet of vehicles.
