He was told installation is not included but they will install it for $80 so long as we told nobody. When I found out that my father was scammed by the Best Buy delivery people, I called Best Buy immediately I was told it was appalling and Best Buy HQ would get back to me within a week. Nobody from Best Buy has called me back but my father has repeatedly called them. Finally the delivery company subcontracted by Best Buy gets back to me and they will send me $80 (allegedly) but it will take 6 weeks and I have to sign a document waiving any liability. The worst part is that they didn't even actually install it and the washer and dryer won't work, it's damaged and I still don't have the $80 back that they scammed from my dad.

Clerks we talked to has good basic information. The bad: One female clerk was flirting with me (bad because I am married). If looking for something specific, you might not find it. Lots of room for cell phones. Some clerks were wearing hockey jerseys, so we did not know they were clerks. A little disappointed by the store in the end as nothing showed us outside it was a compact store.

We take the day off work today (Oct 12) for the deliver and nothing.no call no nothing. We call and out order has now been put off till Oct 26 for the chairs and sometime in December for sofa. They did not call us to reschedule so we basically took a day of work for nothing. Their solution? pic out something already on the floor. So we get to choose for stuff people have been sitting on for years. Horrible customer service and I will never, Never shop there again. the staff is useless. they old us a sales person would help us pick out something new. We waited for 11.5 minutes (I timed it) and no one came to help us. We left and will not be back. Terrible store and service.

My wife and I experienced a homophobic situation at The Brick Cornwall last week. We had purchased…read moreour appliances there in 2015 and it was a good experience. Last Friday, we went back to update our stovetop and oven and we were ready to purchase. The salesman asked my wife "are you friends"? While she found it inappropriate we continued and were ready to return to the store to make the purchase early this week. Then, as were were ready to leave the store, he suddenly announced, "I can only give you these prices until Monday."? We knew we couldn't return until Tuesday so we didn't bother. We then realized that perhaps he saw our rings while we were at his desk discussing the prices? He seemed uncomfortable with us and he was no longer willing to help us make the purchase. I will not be returning to The Brick Cornwall. Nothing like our first experience.
