I bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy online. Installation was included but when it was delivered my father, who is older, was here. He was told installation is not included but they will install it for $80 so long as we told nobody. When I found out that my father was scammed by the Best Buy delivery people, I called Best Buy immediately I was told it was appalling and Best Buy HQ would get back to me within a week. Nobody from Best Buy has called me back but my father has repeatedly called them. Finally the delivery company subcontracted by Best Buy gets back to me and they will send me $80 (allegedly) but it will take 6 weeks and I have to sign a document waiving any liability. The worst part is that they didn't even actually install it and the washer and dryer won't work, it's damaged and I still don't have the $80 back that they scammed from my dad. read more

Just came from best buy, what a joke. Wanted to upgrade my phone, talked to one gentleman, told him all the problems I had with phone, after that he says the other employee would be better to serve me. I told exactly what I'm looking for to the sec employee. She did not know the prices on phone.( no prices on their display table). Went to back room and came back asked me my provider, went again to back room ,then she went to cash to serve someone. Left me waiting for 15 minutes, so I left! read more

This is more of a small venue for urgencies than the big usual stores. We were looking for something specific. The good: Lots of clerks to help. Store has a small touch of everything. Clerks we talked to has good basic information. The bad: One female clerk was flirting with me (bad because I am married). If looking for something specific, you might not find it. Lots of room for cell phones. Some clerks were wearing hockey jerseys, so we did not know they were clerks. I came into the store looking for a phone and I picked the 11 pro. While buying it the employer selling it to me told me to get apple care coverage and when I asked if you can get after you purchase the device she simply said no and lied right to my face because you have 61 days to apply after you purchase the phone. Also after she charged me for the phone she FAILED to give me the change for it which was unbelievable. I don't think these 25 year old collage drop out making minimum wage deserve to work here. ordered a heating pad online. was delivered quickly. when opening the box i noticed that the product was used. Not just used but im taking yard sale used. Keep in mind that this is a heating pad.(gross man) This will surely be the last time i order from Best (worst) Buy and ill be sure to pass the information to everyone I know.
