I decided to go to this vape shop near me and buy the brand of juice that I have vaping on for around 2 years now. The color of the juice looked a little suspicious but I didn't think much of it till I tried it. The juice was impossible to vape and even made me not sleep from the nausea it gave me. The juice is clearish Brown and usually the juice is yellow. Now im not one to usually post anything negative especially about a local vape shop, but I went in there today June 29th to try and exchange the juice I bought since it was clearly expired and not taken care of. When I went in they told me that they would not be able to do any exchanges, now I understand if someone is trying to change the flavor because they didn't like the way it tastes; But I personally was just looking to get the same juice because my juice was expired and they clearly didn't care they sold me a product that could not be used. I was very dissapointed in the shop and the way they handled that situation. Probably will never go back to the shop unless they somehow are willing to exhange my juice for one that isn't expired. The clearish brown juice is the juice that Port Smoke Shack sold me. The yellow juice (which is not expired) was sold to me by Hugh G. Vapes in Mequon.

I also appreciate the fact that they carry my nicotine salt juice, which is refreshing considering EVERY other vape shop employee gives me stink eye for enjoying tobacco flavored juice. (Sorry, can't smoke food, it's weird.) A great selection of pod devices too, and almost the same prices as the internet, minus the wait or the shipping charge. This is definitely my new shop. The customer service is EXTREMELY personal, welcoming and accommodating compared to the other vape shops we have frequented. Unlike most vapor store bros, this guy actually wants customers to get what works best for them. I've been places before where the guy in charge has his feet up on the counter and stoners chilling on couches but not here.
