Since then I have been trying to visit this place for weeks and every time I go during store hours no one is there!! (Not to mention they have moved locations and not all addresses are updated so I was lost for a bit, just to find a subpar location that doesn't look anything like the venue photos on google). I called her and asked how she made a reservation and she said she just called so I called and the "store number" just goes to voicemail and I never received a response. This company is extremely disorganized!!!!! I brought this scenario back up and my friend said she has been having issues picking up her candles and have yet received them!!! It has been months!!! If you bring in 6 customers, you are automatically charged an additional MANDTORY 20% fee called a tip. Tipping should be optional. According to their website, it is for their team(we had 1) in assisting in drinks, cleanup etc. We had none of that. A 40 minute experience costs us an additional $38 because we had 6. The only ones in their store, now I know why.
