This being a workers comp claim their was pushback from the insurance company that the office staff dealt with and handled wonderfully. I had a scope of my left shoulder and recovered quicker than expected and my three incision points are hardly noticable, surgery was effective and professional and I now actually have better range of motion with my left shoulder than my right. As long as you follow the Drs orders pre and post surgery you are in great hands, I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommended as a surgeon and orthopedic specialist.

A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! I reported them to anthem BCBS - I still am in treatment because of their neglect and abuse - they refused to work with me , and kicked me out of their practice when I asked why my insurance was denied , they just left out the part where they scammed my insurance until they couldn't scam it any more - never have I ever met a more low end receptionist who yells at people at their Wilton location. Total disregard for any patient , and if they just want to scam then be honest - .. they left me with a torn l5-s1 annular tear to my lumbar disc region; a torn bicep, torn rotator cuff, aggravated nerve damage to my pelvic region, neck stiffness, posture weakness and mental aggravation. Even when I moved out of state I tried to find a way to schedule check ups when I was back in town. I'm in a crunch right now and am without glasses and tried to get some accommodation from their staff. I got stone walled trying to get my own medical information. Shocked and really sad I have to find a new provider.

I went back to PV twice and they suggested returning to Modern Focus as the lenses matched the script. The Dr at MF said my vision changed and gave me less of a correction. I feel her 11/25 script was inaccurate but she said no and charge me $60 for the new one because I didn't buy glasses there. What a rip off! PV is making my new lenses for free. Now that's good customer service. Oh, and I was the doctor's first appt of the day and she arrived 15 minutes late to work. Like my time isn't worth anything? Needless to say, I canceled my next exam. I went to Dr Gould for years and always received excellent care and customer service. MF could use a little training on both areas.
