I would not recommend this place unless you really have a simple, obvious orthopedic injury. The 2 stars are for the admin on the walk in side and the technician who took x rays, they were nice.. Walk in doctor was rather abrupt, gave me meds and therapy but no diagnosis. Was told for diagnosis, to schedule appointment with regular doctor, which I did, but was booked with a PA, not doctor. 45 minutes past my appointment time to see a PA for 5 minutes who did nothing- no new tests, still no diagnosis. Someone suggested a surgeon there. Again almost 45 minutes late past my appointment time to see an older very grumpy surgeon who acted completely annoyed to answer questions . Not a professional environment in my experiences. There are several admin people when you first walk in, most not doing anything but would not check me in - said you have to do it yourself at a touch screen kiosk that no one was sanitizing after multiple people touching it. They were fast to ask for my credit card to get a copay once I checked myself in. read more

Not sure how to rate it, your in and out fast BUT seems to be a disconnect to what the doctor who sees you says vs the therapist the doctor sends you to, Yes you are in and out fast but seems to be a disconnect between doctor and therapy which can be very confusing. On a positive note its a better choice then going to the ER at a Hospital read more

My back was hurting really bad. I went to Orthofast on a Sunday morning (rather than go to the ER and wait all day) Front desk was really friendly, I very quickly was given an x-ray, and then received a very thorough exam by Dr Vasquez - after which he looked at my x-ray and pointed out a hairline fracture in my vertebra right where my pain was. I was given a back brace, home instructions and a follow up appointment. I wish all medical care was this good !! read more

Walk-in for Orthopaedic care. Saved us a trip to Emergency. My son broke his toe. Very caring staff. Only had to wait a few minutes to get an X-ray even though the waiting room was full. The nurse practitioner carefully explained the results of the X-ray and how we needed to care for his toe. The whole nail had fallen off. Prescribed an antibiotic. Wrapped up his toe nicely and gave him a special shoe to wear. . read more

Brought my girlfriend here for a swollen foot/ankle problem to try to find out what was wrong. We were the only ones in the waiting room and when we finally got a room, it took forever for the doctor to even come in, and when he finally did as we were explaining the symptoms of pain and such he was too busy staring at his phone not listening, and then he only gave one solution which was he was going to give us a shoe insole to try out, didn't know what was wrong either, and then made us pay for the insole as we were leaving! I fell yesterday and immediately asked someone to take me to OrthoFast. They were wonderful. I broke my shoulder in two places. They took three X-rays cleaned my abrasions and made an appointment for me to see a specialist. Couldn't ask for better care. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. So after dragging my 86 yr old grandmother to them for her leg i am told we do not take her insurance but prior to that upon arrival we are told there is a 1 hr wait and only 1 doctor yes its annoying but fine.. but the way it was said was almost discouraging us to even wait in the first place prior to finding out they wouldnt even see her.. she has a medicare HMO that she pays for!!! I had fallen and hurt my foot. Dr took xrays said nothing wrong. Told me to wear a shoe with an arch and I'd be fine in 2 days. After 10 days and unable to walk on left foot I went back. I had a bad bruise on the bottom of my foot thinking that was why I couldn't walk. The PA in the Dr's office read my X-ray and said I had fractured my heal. I went 10 days without this knowledge. I was given a boot and crutches by the PA and told to return in 2 weeks. Would not recommend ortho fast read more

I am so disgusted with this place. This was my second attempt to use them and there will not be a third! The girl at the front desk didn't know how to input my information and instead of asking for help from someone else she was first rude then basically turned me away. The only reason was because she is incompetent in her job. I would rather wait at the ER for hours then step foot in this place ever again. It's terrible to think this is supposed to be a place for healing but the people who work there don't care about patients or their well being at all. The entire practice has gotten too big for itself and lost their human aspect. They have turned into a factory with no concerned about helping people. read more

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. I received 3 injections of Synvisc in my knees and after the third injection I twisted my left knee and could not walk. I called my doctor and their computers were down and they could not make any appointments. It was suggested that I go to OrthoFast, which i relented and went. The doctor could have been less interested and looked at my knee and said it is what it is and either it would get better or it wouldn't. He did say there was no infection. Gee thanks. No brace, no X-ray no advice. I asked about anti-inflammatory Meds and he said he didn't believe in them. His phone seemed of great interest while I held on to the wall to walk out. Never again! If a limb was hanging off I would wait till Monday for a doctor before going here ! If I could give less than a zero I would and would tell my insurance company to fight the claim! I came into OrthoFast for knee pain. After a very brief wait, I was taken for an X-Ray and then Dr. Sage came in. He did a sonogram and then took fluid out of my knee and gave me a cortisone shot. I injured my ankle while visiting my sister in CT. Walked into the place after calling to see if we needed an appointment and were told that we did not. Saw intake person almost immediately and after about a 15-minute wait, in to see a doctor and off to x-rays. Dr. reviewed x-rays with me carefully and answered all questions. Turned out I had a sprained left ankle. Even found an old break in bones in my left foot. Gave me an ankle support for my sprained ankle, told me to take prescription dosage of Advil and we were out in about 2 hours with a copy of the x-rays on a disk form my own doctor I thought this place was great. Had good treatment and staff was helpful and kind. Wish we had them out in CA. read more

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and was seen almost immediately. Never having been there before, registration prevented me from being seen immediately. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses, and x-ray tech were friendly & kind. The doctor was kind and professional. Immediately after my x-rays, the doctor came in the room. He assessed my foot, and was very gentle with his touch. Which I greatly appreciated because my foot was very sensitive to touch. He explained what was wrong, explained both short term and long term treatment options thoroughly. I actually had two separate issues, but only came in about my foot. The doctor took the time to explain what was going on with my ankle as well. For orthopedic issues, this is much better than the ER. It's much faster, and you get to see a specialist instead of being sent home & told to "call the specialist on Monday".
