Poor customer service. They had my watch for two weeks without any communication. I called and they were surprised it had been two weeks and then made excuses about how busy they were and they didn't have someone there full-time to work on battery replacements. I found another local jeweler who could do it the same day so I picked up my watch, only to see someone in the back working away. No apologies or no offer to assist. read more

Beware. I took my deceased mothers diamond solitaire ring in to be sized up so I could wear it. The original diamond was 1.3 to 1.4 carats, according to the jewlers estimate and a flaw couldn't be found by the jeweler when I walked in this business. They even completed a map of the stone, which had very few marks on it. The stone was almost flawless. When I picked it up it had a big fleck of carbon in the center of the stone and it was just over a carat according to their new appraisal. And while I was examining the ring the owner marked a big black dot on my diamond map. I felt very deceived! I was heartbroken. Beware Beware Beware. read more

I never go to social media to complain but whatever you do NEVER go to Nettles Fine Jewelry They scammed me and my wife of 3 nice rings and sold me worthless Diamond that can't even be pawned. I'm down $6800 minus my wife's rings. To make matters worse they messed up the original order. Finally to top it off, when I went to talk to the guy on October 3 he tried to tell me what was bought on 07/30/2020 was bought over three months ago. If Nettles can't read a calendar why would you think their products are any good. What a waste and shame. read more

Went into this location today, to have a watch battery installed and a ring repaired. Was told the girl who does the batteries was out, so it would be the next day.. no biggie. Yet , the sales manager Josh, took it upon himself to leave the sales floor without a salesperson to take care of my battery and another gentleman that came in as well for the same . To me that was the best sales promo they could have done. I typically buy jewelry for my wife when we travel and or from Blue Nile on line, as its easier and most jewelry stores haven't been that much of a plus to have to go into and deal with. Next time I am in the market, I will set aside my web based buying and walk in to Nettles. Based on today's action, it deserves it. Jim read more

i bought a watch from them and asked if they had the ox and papers and they replied they did. Once I had the watch they couldn't find the items they said they had and treated me very badly when I asked several times after for them, I have never received them. The emwatch started having an issue with it stopping even when fully wound and took it to them for a repair. When I got the watch back it worked for a bit and started doing the same thing. Took it to anothe watch repair and as soon as they opened it found the movement was missing a screw. So they lied about the repair and the box/papers and I have another repair I have to pay for because they are terrible. read more

i brought my movado in and told them my clasp was broken and asked if they could fix it. they said they would call me and let me know... after a week and no phone call i stopped by the store to see what was going on with my watch... they couldn't find it at first but they finally found it in the back of a drawer and it was clear they forgot to look at it so the jeweler to a look at it and said the clasp was broke (brilliant! that's why i brought it in) and they weren't sure if they had an account with movado so i told the young lady i would give her a credit card # and pay for it up front...she said she would call me back and never did... again! i went in today over another week later and again they obviously never touched the watch again so i took my watch back and am taking it somewhere that perhaps the service is better...definitely can't be worse! worse customer service i have ever had! wow ! scott r read more
