She stayed on top of everything with Assurion & was so great in explaining steps they were resolving to get problem fixed or proper feedback expedited to Assurion, which is sometimes a nightmare dealing with the Philippines. Instead, they take the time to explain how things work, walk you through repairs, and teach you in a way that's easy to understand and encouraging. On my latest visit, I purchased another RC car (which I'm sure my brother-in-law will eventually destroy), along with a new battery. Andy went above and beyond--he found a Traxxas sale and made sure I got the discounted price, helped me figure out a better repair approach, coached me through the process, and even lent me tools and some thread locker to get the job done right.
