Excellent location even better prices! Pretty spacious location the wall layout for the items are amazing. Hardwood floors, nice clean ceilings. This location doesn't not have public restrooms so that's something to be aware of. This place is more of a grab and go location. They sale tobacco products as well as vape products. There's a ton of glass pieces at this location which I found very interested to look at! This place is a must to just stop by and check them out for yourself. Hey there, my name is Logan and I frequently visit your J Clyde location in Newport News, VA. I come in for the same coil every week. They grab it from the same spot, from the same box every week. The cashier today not only had the whole store smelling like weed, but insistently tried selling me the wrong product when i gave her exactly what i wanted. Didn't believe me when I told her exactly where and what product I wanted. When she finally listened she was just rude and dismissive the entire time. Definitely didn't seem like she wanted to be there, and definitely shouldn't be working with people. Usually the people I work with in the store are really nice and know what they're doing, so I'm just really disappointed that she was such a harsh and ignorant person. I came in at 12:30, today is the 20th of March. As a long time customer, I'm just disappointed. She told me not to come back. I won't be and I'll be letting all of the people I associate with not to bother there anymore, there's too many stores nearby for this kinda shit. read more

This place is a no frills vape and hookah shop. I use to come here a long time ago before the vape scene emerged. The shop sold all kinds of hookah pipes and tobacco. Now they have a nice selection of handheld vape mods, e-liquids, various sizes of hookah pipes and an okay selection of shisha flavors. They were a little bigger with selections a while ago. The configuration of the shot has changed. They also use to have a vape lounge next door that is no longer there. Buyer beware, I purchased a SMOK T-PRIV Kit on 9/7/17. The Salesperson built and filled the unit. The next day when I woke up all of the liquid had leaked out. I took the unit back and the salesperson rebuilt and re-filled the unit, but once again it all leaked out. I went back again and the salesperson replace the coil after stating that coils in the kit have a tendency to the be defective. Once again, the unit leaked out all of the fluid in a few hours. I contact the store and corporate, but they refuse to exchange or replace. I how have a $90 unit that is useless. Now I know why the store is on the black list for local military. read more

It's 7pm 1/21/18 and due to a new store policy, I will never be returning to a vault store again. I really wish I could give zero stars, however this site will not allow me to. I'm not going to the one in buckroe, either or the ones on Warwick on this one on j Clyde ever again. If I can't find what I need from another place I'll simply order online, and I would suggest anyone reading this to do the same. They have a great selection of vaping products and juices, including tons of accessories for many types of mods, but if you buy anything there, make sure that It works and is exactly what you want. I spent $40 on two batteries and found out that they did not work when I got home. I tried to exchange them an hour later and was denied. This is especially frustrating coming from employees with the demeanor - "I'm a total burn out dude." How are you supposed to take someone that acts like that serious? There are so many other vape shops out there, I recommend going to them; the customer service has to be superior to this place. read more
