That being said I have been to the warwick location two times and met two different employees. Both were extremely helpful in getting my buddy set up with a starter pen and answering our hundreds of questions. Shop was clean, had a pool table and a couple tvs, and (what seemed to me) a decent menu of flavors. The staff was knowledgeable and didn't pressure either one of us. With lots of vape shops around and more popping up this is going to become very competitive so customer service will go a long way.

And then I came back the next day, and the next, etc. There was never any pressure to buy and all the employees were friendly. One day, the manager/owner, Denise was working by herself and I listened to her educate new vapers to the products they offer, the flavors they might like, what kind of wattage and battery life they needed. It was incredible. She has so much patience and knowledge and actually cares about you getting the perfect experience. I've been to so many shops across the nation and have never witnessed anything like it. At VapeZone, it's not about upselling you, it's about helping you, no matter how much trial and error it takes and regardless of your budget.
