That said, Rosewater is a cocktail bar tucked away in Clear Lake and is probably one of the few spots in the area offering this type of experience, that's not in the heart of Houston. We stopped in on a Monday evening right before closing and were surprised that they still seated us and gave us the chance to grab a drink. I went with the bartender's choice mocktail, which was well crafted, while he ordered an espresso martini and enjoyed it. The drinks were reasonably priced, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming despite us arriving so close to closing time. The space itself is cozy, with both indoor seating and an outdoor patio. Another plus is there's plenty of parking. Overall, a it's a solid neighborhood cocktail bar with a relaxed vibe.
