They false advertisement on the gym, they do not have a gym when it's advertised on their website. If we knew about these small lil problems beforehand we would've went elsewhere. And ya maintenance came to fix whatever problem i had it's just problem over problem and oh yea your clothes gets ruined due to people misusing powder soap in the washer machine.

It's the friendily staff and welcoming atmosphere that makes my view of this place quite a bit different. Both the maintence guys are always eager to help and are available most of the time. I've had several instances where I needed something off hours, usually not even a repair, and they are able to lend a hand. The manager lives on site and cares about the residents quality of life. Lots of parties and special events for the kids. I did not have children, however I appreciated the extra effort that goes into making the place warm and welcoming. Staff is very supportive of life situations and does what they can to provide a hand. The apartments are naturally in a slightily rough part of town, but there is security and cameras which deter a majority of the riff-raff. They will listen to other neighbors problems and let you know if you are causing any living problems for others. They will also hear your concerns and do what they can to handle any neigborhood issues. They always gave prompt notice when any utility services would be down or any inconveniances arise. Good parking and easy access to lots of ways into or out of the city. Easy access to onsite laundry. Pet friendily! Only black mark was that the pool was down quite a bit for naintenance but, I think that had more to do with mis-use by residents and not by any fault of the property owners. To name a few, mold like substance in the ceiling above the shower. Garbage disposal broken. Water piping is ancient. Ants come from any opening. Every time we told the manager about these problems it would take her at least a couple of days to two weeks to fix it. The environment has not been the best either. Neighbor above fight almost every day and the ones to the right do drugs alot. There was a shooting about a week ago right in front of our apartment which I witnessed.
