Well, I'm living my best life in these apartments that are totally not-at-all subsidized housing…read more Homis walking around, dog doo-doo everywhere, unsupervised kids are running around like they own the place and causing chaos, and let's not discuss the 420 vibes that are strong in this neighborhood. I can literally take a whiff tour around the property and pinpoint every apartment that's emitting that sweet, sweet skunk smell, and trust me, it's a lot. The apartment itself is decent, and the grounds are semi-clean, but the people who live here are making it look like a real-life video game. Sadly, I had to roll the dice and move here 2-months ago without doing my research. My daughter is basically going to be a lawn ornament, no outdoor playtime for her. If I could bail today, I totally would. Save your SANITY and swipe left for this apartment complex. Maintenance crews are on a permanent vacation, and the office staff's job might as well be professional couch warmers! DON'T RENT HERE!!!

Do NOT rent from aspire of the high desert apartment, unless absolutely deemed necessary. Read…read moretheir reviews FIRST! I was homeless w/2 kids leaving a DV situation prior to moving there so unless absolutely necessary, I'd be very careful stamping your name on a lease. I moved in everything seemed fine I literally had nothing but 3 suitcases of clothing (one for each of us) I think I even posted on vvng for blankets for me and my kids at the time as we shared an air mattress for a month . I requested my unit be bombed because we seen roaches coming out the wall at the bottom like it wasn't sealed, she asked me if my neighbors had roaches (how would I know?) as if she had no idea the apartments was roach infested. I got All my furniture was delivered BRAND NEW fridge included about a month later. About 3months after I started seeing them again I went and requested pest control they only come one day a week and if they don't get to your unit by end of the day you have to wait another week. Prior to move in I did the inspection (written one) I marked the burns on the counter top, the knife cuts on the counter, the crack in the ceiling of the kids room, and the left fios equipment in the master bedroom fixed to the wall in the closet. (Don't ask I had spectrum) The lease which I hold a copy of stayed if I moved in before NOVEMBER the deposit would be waived and NOVEMBER rent would be FREE I moved in October 29th signed and executed my lease. However the program who helped me get in there still paid the deposit $1712.00 and Novembers rent $1,712.00 putting me AHEAD with a credit of $3,424.00 i have the itemized statement (one thing I learned with renting apartments is get a printout of itemized statement) it showed all rent from Oct 2024- Sept 2025 (paid either in advance/ on-time) Oct rent they processed late 10/15/2025 even though they had it on time so she removed the late fee she attempted to charge me ($100.00) I submitted my 30day move out NOV. 14 2025 and was out by DEC 11th 2025. Lease states they have 21days from the time I move out to MAIL me an itemized document of what my balance is. I never received that mail, I accessed my portal after my move out and noticed that despite my written request to be present for the inspection they did it themselves and now trying to charge me the EXACT same amount that was a credit in my account $3,424.00 ! I emailed corporate and they told me in WRITTING that I was being charged through 12/22 they got the keys 12/11. The 11days prorated is only $607.42 but i was the charged $1214.84 DOUBLE! Literally they wrote via email (writting) they received my keys on the 11th and the itemized statement is charging me through the 22nd. They also said they had to "reglaze" my counter top because burn marks and knife cuts I already noted to them was there before me to prevent being charged. SMH so because they went under new management and she can't find the paper she charged me (but I keep copies of EVERYTHING) my copy is signed and stamped by previous management and they are still charging me! Needless to say I stopped by my old apartment (unoccupied) blinds open the counter was NOT reglazed it was REPLACED due to the UPGRADES! Previous tenants are not responsible for your upgrades. I took pictures! Last I lived in there with a possible MOLD issue and so has the other 7units connected to mine! So I requested a mold inspection results and haven't gotten them. So moving out I'm moving my stove and noticed they slapped flooring on top of flooring they covered the brown hardwood floors with the newly looking grey without removing the brown flooring. The new company also walked around and removed our water detectors which went off periodically letting us know there was water in the walls! (Illegal) they are suppose to REPAIR AND REPLACE those not disconnect them completely! So with the flooring on top of flooring and I'm mopping the water was seeping down and possibly locking in creating mold, which is probably why the roaches there are the ones attracted to water! It's now February and corporate nor the main office has made attempt to contact me to discuss anything! & I now have to handle things legally! So if u can avoid them please do. The reviews will tell u it's roach infested, lack of communication, etc
