She knew this was the case when I asked her how I would be notified when an apt was ready for me to move in.. I didn't take the call because I don't know anyone at a SALON DIVA! I waited over 7 months to move in and either called her or stopped in constantly to see where I was on the waiting list! She took my deposit and said I missed her (FAKE) call and would have to re apply and put down another deposit. I also asked her for her bosses name and number with no reply from her!

They need to do a better job at telling you before taking your hard earned money that smoking is allowed in the units and weed smoking is totally okay in the broad daylight, filling the space of other tenants with the smell of it and allowing the children to be around it. Parking is a mess and very limited and only certain people are allowed to utilize visitor parking and park in front of the garages. It's just absolutely ridiculous and nothing but nit picking causing a stressful living situation. I wish I could get out of my lease and move somewhere else. $2000 a month is just beyond no reasonable for all the issues listed above.

The security guard for the area lives onsite which gives me extra peace of mind as a single mom.
