I called several contractors and the ones I liked either wanted to paint the whole house, which the insurance would not pay for, or they weren't interested in my "small" job. Jose of JPS looked at my job and gave me a good estimate. I had spec'd a caulking manufacturer that I liked and he bought that but convinced me his usual caulk was superior (40 yr) so I went with that. They took great care with the prep work, were careful to not drip onto other surfaces, and were equally attentive to details. We found a few touch ups needed at the final inspection and Jose waited a couple days for the weather to warm enough to meet the paint's minimum temp spec. I'm sure others would have painted anyway, just to be done. All in all, no complaints whatsoever. Thank you Jose!
