Also the mall is closer than this shopping center and they have the same type of stores. Walked it today and it's sad how it's declined. No Macy's and many restaurants have closed their doors. Not sure how this happened but it's sad. The dot com era has made people lazy. Unfortunately this is the outcome. I hope the people managing this shopping center property can come up with something other than getting a hardware store and insurance company to move in. I can't believe that they haven't thought of this when they all the buildings operating. Why isn't there a monorail, tram, connecting the Allen Outlet mall to the Fairview shopping center . Two rails keep the customer coming in and out without having to worry about parking and the traffic. Hope this Fairview shopping center gets revived.

Changing stations everyone around the mall all you need is to have your charger with you. Only three food options in the food court. Many restaurants outside in the district area provided all open on their own hours.

It's fun to shop, meet your friends there, people watch, etc. So before school started back up, we went to Stonebriar Centre to hang out for a couple of hours. It had been several years since I had been there. In past years, I went with one store as the destination- Macy's or Dillard's or to eat at Cheesecake Factory, so I really didn't go out into the mall area. I was surprised at their hours - they're open from 11- 8 Monday-Thursday, 10-9 on Friday & Saturday and 12-6 on Sunday. I like to get up and go early, but 11:00 is halfway through the day! But, I get it. Malls aren't as crowded as they used to be. In this Texas summer heat, I love the option of parking in covered parking! The food court area has lots of choices and a fun carousel! I'm happy that there is a nice, clean, air conditioned space to walk around for a few hours. I had a hard time finding a directory of this mall! Finally found a scannable QR code to give me that information. I miss the big maps of olden times where you could see all the stores on one big display - by floor level. But I'm sure it's much easier to keep the scannable version up-to-date.

The Luau at Grandscape was disappointing…read more They started out with dancers in cellophane skirts and coconut bras who were very entertaining. After the 1st round of dancing, they had their first hula lesson. Yes, hard to believe that they had 2 hula lessons. After the lesson, the dancers took a 30 minute break while the band serenaded us. Unfortunately, the band quickly ran out of Island songs. There were 3 guys playing. The singer played the ukulele but the bass player and drummer only played sometimes. Lots of people went home during the serenade. Hawaiian Bros had the only food booth (there were supposed to be lots of others). The line wasn't too long, maybe 30 people, but it did not move. No idea why, since their grinds were pre-made and just needed to be scooped into really small bowls. We've eaten at their restaurants so we knew they usually serve bigger helpings. Tahiti style dancing was much better. Their costumes looked authentic. Yes, we've been to many luaus. We reached the time for lively drumbeating but they spent too much time giving their drum "backstories" and a long "drum solo" without dancers. Finally, there was more dancing from Tahiti that was very good. The dancers knew their moves. We left when the 2nd break for the dancers started and the band serenaded us again. This was supposed to last 30 minutes and then we would get to see the dance with the LED lighted poi balls. This is one of the very few times we've left a show early at Grandscape.

There are lots of malls and centers I like; however, one of my favorite shopping centers when in Far North Dallas/West Plano is Shepard Place and the other three corner centers (e.g., Preston Park Village) at the intersection of Park and Preston Rd. It used to be better years ago. A lot of my favorite stores have closed down, but there are still a great variety to choose from. A little bit of everything in PSPSC. Includes, but not limited to: Nordstrom Rack (one of the best I've ever been to as far as stock and customer service) Last Call at Neiman Marcus Tuesday Morning Pier 1 Imports Marshalls Petco Babies R Us Party City Etc., etc., etc. And several service companies such as Pearle Vision, Charles Swab, ...and restaurants such as La Madeleine, Osaka Sushi & Grill....and a fairly new Market Street grocer. You can definitely spend an enjoyable afternoon of shopping and dining at the four corners of Park and Preston in Plano, Texas.

In the strips there are a few gift shops where you can buy accessories, kpop stuff like CDs and posters, anime stuff, beauty stuff. They also have a Missha store for Missha kbeauty items. Overall lots of good shops to visit, we would recommend it.

I was stunned and in love since I first discovered this plaza, a few years ago - and honestly it's one of the most amazing plazas anywhere in the country. It reminds me of Dun Huang in Houston and it's just so busy from one end to the other. So much traffic, nowhere near enough parking spots, and what seems like about a hundred different popular ethnic businesses of the East Asian variety. Absolutely amazing Plaza with so many things in it that I can't even get started. And there are lots of different sections to it. Explore it and you will be in Paradise. Easily the best Plaza in Carrollton and arguably the best in DFW. Some of the Boba highlights are the Sharetea here, which is great - get Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea, and Whole Lemon Black Tea. Give Cocohodo a try, which has really great Custard Fish (not actual fish). The Walnut pastries are overrated. Sweet Lab is great, and has puffle egg waffles too. The BF Bakery inside 99 Ranch has great Egg Custard Tarts too. For food, Dumpling inside H-Mart has the best Dumplings I've ever had, anywhere, or thereabouts.
