While on a golf vacation with six couples, we stumbled upon this little gem for breakfast. It is a small, quaint "mom and pop" sho which is clean, tastefully decorated and homey feeling. Without notice, all 12 of us showed up and ordered a myriad of options from pancakes, waffles and egg combos. They served us so fast it put us ahead of schedule! Mary and Artario (I know I am getting his name wrong) were outstanding servers and eager to please. The coffee is hot and refilled before asked. We went back a second time and called ahead. Coffee cups were filled and waiting for all 12 of us! Again our breakfasts came within 15 min! They are so fast and efficient. Staff all worked together to make it happen and the cooks prepared great meals!! They offer fried chicken for dinner for $10. Eggs prepared just how we asked for them! Not only does it look pathetic, but I also spent 5 mins searching for the singular slice of cheese in this "cheeseburger" only to find it burned into the bun. This is an awesome find! Great breakfast, perfect, perfect bacon!! When the bacon is crispy without being over cooked and a nice thick slice! Eggs done to perfection. I have never had home fried potatoes that were better than hash browns that are cooked right, until now, so good. Service....., everyone busts their butts working fast yet friendly and attentive. I really wanted to like this place. My husband enjoyed his French toast but I ordered a basic omelette with sausage and cheese. They brought my omelette to the table but forgot to add the sausage inside. I brought it up with the waiter and he came back with a small bowl of ground sausage to put into my omelette with a "sorry". I feel like remaking an omelette would've been an easy fix. read more

Such a hidden gem within the village. Great food and great staff, and they have amazing daily lunch specials. My favorite so far is their grilled cheese and chicken and dumplings. This place is everything you want in your favorite local diner. read more

This is or favorite "mostly locals" place . The breakfasts are cooked to order (be sure to try the biscuits) , tasty and the prices reasonable. They also do really good pancakes and waffles. It's our go to place for down home Southern Comfort breakfast food. It's biscuits & gravy, not Avocado toast . Service is always spot on and friendly. First off, fantastic customer service and fair prices. Ordered two take out items, had one for lunch, one for dinner. Philly sub with onion rings, was more greasy than usual for both.
