She didn't really have experience but apparently had some schooling. The guy (I'm assuming a kitchen manager) expressed his reservations but offered her a job doing "cold prep" (whatever that means). She seemed sweet. I got the vibe she'll be a good employee. But I'm happy he gave her an opportunity because there's no way to get experience without someone taking a chance on you. All in all, I always have a good experience here but seeing that interaction made me realize I'm glad to be a customer here at a place that let's people learn & grow. Pacing Issues: Appetizers took roughly 30 minutes to arrive, and our main entrées took an additional 45 minutes. Food Quality: Because of the kitchen and (or) service delays, the entrées had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period, resulting in one of the dishes in our party arriving at room temperature. While we know Ambassador status doesn't necessarily come with significant perks, it does reflect a long history of brand loyalty. Over the past six months, the service at this specific location has been hit-or-miss, but tonight was a definitive miss.
