The yarn section keeps getting smaller. We came to look for the clearance yarn that many have been posting not he social media sites. They had a few. All of the Christmas items were 50-75% off, tho that portion was minimal. Check out, goodness, I need a 1090 when we go now, since we do the work. All of the check out spots are self check out. I have to scan the products, the app, the apps discounts and coupons. They have less staff, we do more of the work, yet prices are going up. Another store that is faltering at quality and selection in an effort to save a few pennies. Even the inside was looking dusty, worn, and dated.

Staff was nice enough tho, at least at the check out counter. Didn't have any interaction with the few roaming the aisles. The yarn section at this location is also getting extremely downsized. It was stocked, but limited in its options, this in comparison to 8 - 10 years ago. Sales are usually pretty good when they have them on the items we shop, like the yarn. Just a few weeks ago it was 50% off all yarn and 70% off all Christmas items. The other major competitor doesn't do this, the competitor is usually buy one get one at 50% off, this is where we prefer Hobby Lobby.

I was promised to get my flies once they converted them and they somehow don't recall that CONVERSATION! I ended up canceling my orders because I kept being told they would be done by the end of the week and they didn't get done by that date each time for 2 whole months. The shirts that were completed were messed up and parts of the designs were not on there because the image wasn't transferred properly. I took pictures of them so I do have proof of that! YES I AM A VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER!
