I was urged by staff to purchase the Blend pen, with a lot of pressure about what a "great device" it was and that the promo "wouldn't last." Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the purchase. When I opened the box, the pen had a broken connection and was completely faulty. Even the staff couldn't get it to work. Despite this, they refused to give me a replacement or a refund. They insisted they had a policy against accessories being returned or exchanged, regardless of it being defective. Instead, I was immediately told to take my receipt and email the manufacturer for help. I explained that I only bought it because of their hard push and just wanted to return it, but was met with a defensive, combative attitude that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. To make things worse, when I contacted the manufacturer, I was told I could get mailed an exchange at my expense or that refunds must go through the retailer--the dispensary that sold it to me. So essentially I was left with no options, a broken product, and a loss on my purchase and then had to come out more to make it right. This experience has completely tainted my view of this location, and honestly, maybe the entire chain. I urge anyone considering shopping here to find another dispensary that actually stands behind what they sell and treats customers with respect.

The shelves hold the product and the literature about it, nearby. The woman working that day was very helpful and answered my questions on the different vitamin B & C supplements. In fact, if you really want to know how well your vitamins work, NG has a machine that will analyze that for you for a small added fee. I wasn't that brave, but maybe next time. When I actually went to the counter with my supply of goodies including some powdered greens for my pets, I learned everything was 20% off, a special the owner had been running. They still have a similar selection to what GNC had with a variety of weight loss supplements, heart health and other daily vitamins.

He even asked me if I wanted a sample of the s'mores flavor. I said sure I'd love to try it! I was literally shocked when Ethan then made me an entire protein shake and gave me a free shaker!
