I was surprised by how many options they had available. Everything looked fresh, and the food area was clean and well organized. This definitely exceeded my expectations! With so many options to choose from, I was a little overwhelmed at first. Kamila came over and asked me if I needed any assistance. She waited patiently while I looked over everything and never made me feel rushed. She also offered samples to help me narrow down my choices and even gave me her honest opinion when I asked about some of the dishes. I ended up choosing the rosemary lemon chicken breast, brussels sprouts and green beans. I was so pleased at how generous the portions were. I really appreciate how kind and patient she was with me. Good customer service goes a long way! I was impressed by how clean, organized, and inviting the entire store was. Unfortunately, I was on my lunch break and didn't have enough time to explore as much as I wanted. This Whole Foods Market is about 30 minutes from my home. I cant wait to come back, spend more time browsing, and do some shopping. This experience makes a 30 minute drive worth a trip back. Today was kind of a pumpkin day with the pumpkin spice almond milk, pumpkin seed protein and pumpkin seeds. There is alot of merchandise in a relatively small store. There is some fresh produce, breads, soup, crackers, cookies, detergents and some frozen items. This is a good place for special organic items. It can be a little pricy but the supplement items can last awhile. Be on the look out for sales, samples and you can join their rewards program and get a discount on your overall purchase.

My mum had been telling me about a "secret vegetarian" restaurant located within the grounds of this Religious Organization near Costco, and so decided to go check out. Unfortunately I should have paid attention to the timings as the restaurant was closed, but there was a grocery store there with a packet of chips/ crisps (a massive weakness!) that I hadn't seen before and so decided to buy them. When I opened the packet up on the drive back home, discovered they tasted massively stale even tho' the date stamped on the packet was still valid!!! We should have turned around and gone back to return them, but they were already shutting down when we left - so I was left with a rotten taste in my mouth (literary spat out those chips, they tasted so stale!) and $1.50 just wasted, My confidence level in checking out the food now is a little bit less, despite how lovely the staff were. It is a small shop located on the corner of the building. It looks like they attempted to carry a small variety of items from varios Florida farms and suplliers. I recognized the farms from which the meats and milk are sourced. Since I already had an idea of the item that I wanted, 10 minutes was enough time to take a quick look around and make my purchase. There is a good chance that I may come here a few times per year. If you're looking for items that may be labeled as healthy or local or natural or yoy are just curious, it is probably worth your time to stop in. You may be able to find free parking on the streets and there is a gravel parking lot located behind the building.

However, they have truly embraced the times and stepped up to coordinate one of the most seamless order pick ups with far more options than they can normally house in their store location in collaboration with their local farm suppliers. It was a really great way to get access to local food in a time when innovation is most appreciated as is the ability to access fresh food when the normal grocery stores are overwhelmed with visitors. I will definitely continue to support this great local business that has made things easier in a time when many things are harder. Edit: apparently the store front has closed (unrelatedly- they announced this coming change on January 8th due to a failed lease renewal) but the business is still running through their pick up at 8505 Silver Star Rd and online ordering. The system was actually designed prior to these times and just happened to line up perfectly). This family run business is passionate about improving access to locally grown and more organic foods, and they have done an amazing job.
