When I tried to address the issue, the general manager was very rude and immediately stated that our wait was only 10 minutes. When I pointed out when my order was placed and how it had taken over 30 minutes to receive it, his response was "So what do you want me to do about that? We were busy and so you have to wait." This response was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. There was no apology for the excessive delay or his misleading statement. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I will not be returning to this location and will think many times before I ever visit Beyond Juicery + Eatery again.
