It's great to come to a health food store that also sells incense , pistachio products, a large variety of dairy-free cheese and so much more! I thought it was cool that they sold bison meat here. I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. The staff was very friendly too! I want to give a shout out to a staff member that I saw escorting a elderly man with a cart full of groceries and helping him load his car too! Stuff like that is touching and makes me want to come back. Highly recommend!

The chocolates from See's, Sanders and high percentage cacao can be seen and purchased. Plum Market is all the way high quality - starting from their produce, the wine, the meat, cheese and deli, hot and cold foods, floral, cafe, apothecary section and educational toys for kids. Known also for selling Zingerman breads and pastries, Atchaz pies and Detroit based coffee company. Aisles are wider, the floors shiny (but slip resistant) and clean, perishable and non perishable items are well organized/categorized. Plum Market team members are very helpful and knowledgeable. Theirs the vibe of "you get what you pay for" customer service. Parking is expansive and free. Expect to see fancy looking automobiles. No valet parking yet :-) The West Bloomfield location is my favorite, next to Bloomfield, Ann Arbor, downtown Detroit and Detroit Metropolitan Airport.

Supplement you want more information on this is the place to come. Pricing is pretty on par with anywhere else. Often if you are looking for something they don't carry they can usually order it for you. On top of supplements and vitamins they have a great area perfect for those of us looking for healthy food products. Gluten free, low fodmap like me, vegan, etc. You can probably find it here. They offer a variety of frozen foods as well as the packaged ones. Cleaning products, bath, they carry those as well. They have a great selection of essential oils towards the front of the store. They even offer smoothies in case you need a quick snack or afternoon pick me up. They have convenient parking in the back of the store. Definitely a Brighton gem!

Right away, I noticed that Plum Market is definitely on the pricier side. I understand that, higher-end products, better selection, etc. so I was open to it and willing to give it a fair shot. Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely turned me off. The cashier didn't say hello, didn't acknowledge me during the transaction, and didn't even say thank you at the end. It was just... nothing. For a store that charges premium prices, I expect at least basic customer service, and that was missing. Because of that, I won't be returning. I've had much better experiences at Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace and Westborn Market, both have great products and friendly service. I'll be sticking with places like those moving forward.

The dip was good but the chips are too thick. The risotto was bland and the broccolini was mushy and overcooked. Service was noticeably slow--we had to ask for silverware and refills ourselves. Between the service gaps and the high noise level, it wasn't the experience we expected.
