I went here to get some Dose liver supplement drink. I wanted to try it out since it's all over social media and seems to have pretty good reviews. Parking at this location is kind of challenging. I went after work so it would've been around 3:00-3:40 PM. It's a nice looking plaza area with a lot of businesses. The store itself appeared clean and well stocked. They have vitamins, energy drinks, protein powders and a variety of other supplements. There was no pressure selling and the layout is pretty good. There is one shelf area for closing, discounted/discontinued items. They even have manuka honey, which is almost exclusively produced in New Zealand and they even had it in high MGO values which I rarely see in retail stores. Pricewise, I would say the retail prices are comparable to what you may find online. I didn't see any real bargains going to the store. However, if you can't wait or don't want to wait for an order, they may have what you are looking for here. There also are numerous supplement extracts. I'm in the middle of a purchase. swipe my card. the teller walked away and left. I was unsure if transaction went through. I look at guy at other register- no explanation. First time I ever had an employee walk away in middle of registration. They wonder why people order from Amazon. With that type of customer service unlikely to go back. read more

Went to the Dayton/centerville location had an online order. Got in the line to be the next patron in line and the employee younger guy refused to address me. Once in line he allowed several other customers to go ahead. Several other patrons noticed the disrespect and asked the younger white employee why she ( "I" a person of color) is not being helped. I politely mentioned that the white employee allowed several other individuals who where not in line to be serviced. I told the employee of this place to cancel my online order. The world is too stressful for nonsense. If you are a person of color please beware. read more

Before coming to this store I went into the GNC at The Greene looking to see if they have the supplement deal online at the store. They did not and the guy in his "lab coat" said internet deals are only for the online store and they cannot be honored in store. That's fine, I looked on my phone for other supplement stores and found The Vitamin Shoppe just down the road and their online price was lower that GNC's online price. So I go in and am immediately greeted by the woman working asking if I needed help. She was very courteous and showed me where my supplement was located. There shelf price did not match the online price just like GNC's. I asked if they match their online price and without hesitation she matched it with a smile on her face. I typically order use to order online for supplements for the convenience of delivery, but I have been coming to this Vitamin Shoppe for months now since this great experience! read more

Excellent service! Every time! My most recent trip is what made me want to review. I was immediately greeted by two workers. They asked if I needed help but I knew what I was getting. Once I had my items I went up to the register. The worker who checked me out was incredibly helpful. He noticed the items I had were ones I typically buy monthly and mentioned recurring shipments that would come straight to my door. He walked me through which app download, how to login and how to manage my recurring shipment. I went in to purchase fertility boost vitamins. The second worker noticed this and asked how I thought they were working. Not to get to personal, but this can sometimes be a sore subject for me. The way she asked though and her genuine interest/concern made this not difficult. On my way out, she very enthusiastically said "I can't wait to show you lactation supplements". Her enthusiasm restored my optimism after months of disappointment. I can't thank her enough for that. read more

I really like the lay out of this store, its all organized and neat inside with nothing out of its place. they do have a clearance table or two to check out as well. i was going here to look at pre workouts and they have jacked3D for a cheap cheap price of $27! that's pretty good for the competitive prices around. there wasn't anyone that really helped us but i didn't need help. there is a lot going on though so if you didn't know much about what you were looking for then you would probably have to go ask for help. when we checked out the guy was pretty friendly and so we came, got what we needed, and left this place pretty happy customers. read more
