When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Completely disappointing.

I originally went to the southlake location, trying to find something to help my dog with kidney failure, a few fatty tumors (read that CBD can stop or shrink growth) and she was starting to have trouble getting up. Unfortunately, she is now in her final days, but this stuff has been a godsend because when she is restless at night I give her a few drops and it helps her relax and go back to sleep. Most definitely saw a difference in her being able to get up easier while using it, not sure about fatty tumors. Anyways, thank you for providing my dog with some relief, she definitely deserves it. We are using the Canine Water Soluble 300. I went last week to the Keller location. Jennifer ( I think that was her name) was super nice and let me try lots of flavors of stuff and had tons of suggestions. I was looking for something to help me sleep, knowing my dog had to be put to sleep soon I knew I was going to have trouble at night without her. I've always had trouble quieting my mind at night, but I knew, after this event, those bad thoughts would be at an all time high. Definitely helped me in her last week of life. I was able to sleep, but still able to get up in the middle of the night to take her potty and then help her get back to sleep. It's also supposed to help with anxiety and focus, I do notice I'm able to not just be a constant complete crying mess and am still able to care for my family while going through this difficult time. I will continue to use this product, I got the THC free Unflavored Water Soluble 300 kind so I can give my son some after school (he is good at school but once he is home he's bouncing off the walls and unable to focus).
