I intentionally stood there for 5 minutes waiting for him to assist me and he did not. Again, was too worried about whatever was on tv. I eventually asked him "what's a good brand?" and he responded with "all the BCAAs are to the right. Right there in front of you". I said "I know that but what is a good brand?" And he replied "oh they're all basically the same". He wasn't even listening to my question, was too worried about what was on TV. I ended up selecting a brand on my own without his help because he didn't provide any expertise. He stood behind the counter the entire time. Terrible customer service.

It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I also bought MCT oil and my mom also bought Jarrows: Glutathione supplements. We really loved it here. I just ran out of Duck Fat, I am due again to return and get a new jar. I should stock them up.
