I've been using this Vitamin Shoppe since they opened a few yrs ago. They are located on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, parking is never a problem. Customer service is on point, they wear mask at all times. All the staff seem to be very helpful. The prices seem to be better than GNC. They do have sales and coupons most of the time. The store is very clean and organized. If they don't have a item they will order for you! I will be using them for yrs to come. Oh and they sometimes have samples for customers to try! Update: Since I posted this, I've been contacted by someone at "Vitamin Shoppe retail leadership" basically requesting that I change or delete my review. I have also noticed at least one obviously fake five star review pop up under mine within two hours of posting. It's from an account that has no picture and no other reviews and it just happened to pop up right after my negative review. It's not too difficult to see what's going on here. Its one thing to be rude to customers for no reason other than they asked where something is in your store. It's a whole other thing to post fake positive reviews and try to harass people into changing their truthful reviews. I'm staying far away from this shady franchise. Person at the counter sat there gossiping with her friend the entire time while I was searching for what I needed. When I finally gave up my search all over the store for what I was looking for and asked her where it was located she rolled her eyes in a huff and trudged to the back and pointed it out... near the bottom shelf in the wrong location for what it is. Just unnecessarily rude and short for no reason. Don't worry, I won't be back to interrupt your personal conversation with my questions trying to purchase from you again. read more

This is by far my favorite location (Lexington). The associates are Well trained and knowledgeable for all of their supplements. They will order if they are out of a product (and it's an option and can acquire it). Jacob is by far my favorite associate- so friendly and helpful, and very knowledgable with suggestions when I inquire as to products To consider. I detest that they make their associates wear masks- you are a shop that is promoting useful means of supporting ones health- a mask is a nasty bacteria trap and a Placebo. It defeats your purpose of testimony that you believe in your products and supporting a healthy active lifestyle with vitamins, nutrition and exercise-That is my only complaint and why I gave 4 stars and not 5. I was in this store aka location on 11/21/2020 around noon and we went in and started looking at items and was waiting for your one staff lady to help us .Well she never greeted us , she never waited on us . She ignored us like we had the plague or something . But she had time to wait on other people who came in after us . Then when she was done with them she got on the phone and that is when we walked out . This only one of many reasons brick and mortar stores are going down hill fast . For this reason also I will never step back into one of your stores . GNC will get my business from now on . read more

Love LOVE the associates that work here! Excellent customer service. What they don't have in store, they will gladly order for you. The store is clean and extremely well organized. I often stop in to get a Bang Energy Drink and a D's Natural No Cow bar before heading to the gym. It is never too crowded so I can grab what I need and be on my way. read more

I was very impressed with this new Vitamin Shoppe location. The staff there was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on a variety of different supplements. The prices were reasonable, the only reason I did not give them five stars was because they did not carry a lot of the brands that I normally use. However they were more than willing to place an order for me so I could get the supplements I needed. Just the customer service alone will have me coming back again.
