When I asked for clarification--whether they were not taking walk-ins or not offering the test at all--I was simply told, "The pharmacist said they can't do it." At the moment I was on the app looking at the next available appointment which was 2:30pm. I had no problem making the appointment but I didn't want to drag him back out if they couldn't proceed with the testing. If this location does not provide the test, why does your system allow customers to schedule appointments there? This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. I looked up another store and called to avoid the same issue. I will find a new pharmacy because there was zero compassion or clarity while I'm standing there with a sick child.

I'm extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by the pharmacy. A lady with black hair (Svetlana?) that I spoke to at the drive thru window said they would call my doctor's office for authorization to fill my script. I asked her if they were going to make the call THAT DAY. She said yes. Of course, when I checked with my doctor's office in Georgia the next day, they had not been called. The physician's assistant said if they called her right then, she'd be by the phone to authorize it. So, I called CVS and spoke to a pharmacy employee named Britney (sp?). Not only did she sound pissed off to be on the phone, but she was also completely void of any phone etiquette and made it clear I was wasting her time. When I told her my doctor's office said they were ready for the call, she said, "THEY have to call US." Luckily, the physician's assistant was willing to do that, and I got my prescription filled. It's not like I was trying to get a big bottle of morphine or something. I needed an antidepressant that I can't function without. I'm tired of people in customer service thinking they can treat me any which way they want. Somebody, please give the folks in the pharmacy a refresher course on being decent human beings.

Even I asked a staff member if it was me that was just cold and no, that staff member said they are cold as well. Staff are even utilizing personal heaters in the pharmacy to keep warm. This is not the first time I have visited there and felt like I walked into a walk-in freezer. This is absolutely unacceptable all across the board. There were no signs indicating the heater was broken, either so I don't know if it is broken or if the owner is just being cheap. I am 30 and my bones were aching in this store because of how freaking cold it was. Seriously, what the heck? what if someone with arthritis walks in and they experience even more pain because of the cold indoor temp? Whatever the problem is, fix the heater. If anything, it should not be below 68f indoors during colder days. I am not asking for it to be 80f indoors. It felt like it was 50f indoors every single time I visited. Totally unacceptable! If you have joint problems or are anaemic, I would steer clear of this place until they "fix" their heater problem or lack thereof.

The last two times I tried was at 12pm and 2pm, all three times the pharmacy was closed as everyone was at lunch. No signs or mention on the website about being closed during the stated pharmacy business hours. I will be switching to CVS a little farther up the road, this is ridiculous given the price of gas today. There were at least four people waiting for the pharmacy to reopen on each visit. Terrible service.

Today my weekly scheduled medication were requested for refill timely so I don't run out and get complications of lagging the med. These are 90 day supply and during these 10 days this pharmacy ran my insurance three times including today, still I am without medication. The pharmacist Jaimie I spoke to said there is no guarantee that the medicine will be here in time or with in such and such days. Then why do they all exist!!

As a result, we have items in our pantry that no one in our family will ever eat, including our rescue cats who would rather starve than eat generic cat food. So today , we went on a joint shopping trip, buying only necessity items. Problem is, when you walk in,they have the special buys which apparently my husband gravitates towards. I kept removing items as he put them in, but finally we got to the fried chicken area and all was good . Now if we can get him not to buy clearance mint pound cake, this shopping trip will be a success.

No matter what time of day I go they are out. It's ridiculous. The craziest thing about it was that we waited 20 minutes but the guy pulled the chicken from the hot box. So they had chicken the entire time, but just made a group of people wait . That's not the first time I've seen them do that.
