Trish (an overworked employee with great people skills) made us feel valued, even when Verizon didn't. Victra is an authorized retail dealer for Verizon. Verizon is a giant company with a focus on profit. The call centers are outsourced to save money. The manager held for two and a half hours to get an answer for us. The employees don't have a secret number to get assistance quicker. When I was helping my family member, a Verizon employee (that I held on the phone 45 min to reach) lied about resolution to our pesty problem. Destiny and Trish focused on making things right. If you need help selecting a phone, have a question about accessories or need to make a payment, these two women provide excellent service. If you have a billing question or need to upgrade your phone, you will have to deal with Verizon, who does not have the same attention to detail that this location has. Not all franchises are corporate stores. If you have a complicated issue, ask if you are at a corporate store. Be prepared to wait on hold 30 minutes to 2 hours or more, if you need to talk to wireless customer service. Once you say goodbye to Trish and Destiny, you are calling Verizon call centers that won't identify where you are calling or care the same. "Customer care" is an interesting department. There were some adorable Alex & Ani Wonder Woman bracelets. This is just a personal preference but when I buy an Alex & Ani item, I want it in their box and not the name of the boutique. Buisness hours are are also greatly convenient! Good luck figuring those out because they change when someone needs a late lunch, and if it's the weekend your screwed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The drive to Lynchburg is almost always cheaper, faster and yes even more convienant.
