While the Forest location offers far more variety in produce, etc, I am satisfied with this Kroger because of the convenience. They offer enough selection of a few things that are mandatory for me: organic produce and gluten-free frozen/packaged foods. From time to time I use the pick-up and delivery options from Kroger and that has also been a pleasure. They have called before replacing items that are not in stock. The one time I had an issue, I was offered a gift card for the inconvenience. It may be because I am blessed by the Universe, but every time I park there I get a space right by the cart return. I have lost my wallet there twice and both times the staff have retrieved it and held it for me. This speaks to their honesty and the honesty of the customers who shop there (and also my favor by the Universe...). Right now there's a lot of construction for the gasoline pumps so it can be crowded and congested. There's been a lot of upheaval because of this--people don't like it. I zero care about it because I can go to the grocery store early and I'm typically not in any hurry to shop. But if you're rushed for time, it may cause some hang-ups.
