I am only reviewing the two employees who went out of their way to help a family member upgrade from a really old flip phone. Destiny, the manager was kind and thought "outside the box." Trish (an overworked employee with great people skills) made us feel valued, even when Verizon didn't. Victra is an authorized retail dealer for Verizon. Verizon is a giant company with a focus on profit. The call centers are outsourced to save money. The manager held for two and a half hours to get an answer for us. The employees don't have a secret number to get assistance quicker. When I was helping my family member, a Verizon employee (that I held on the phone 45 min to reach) lied about resolution to our pesty problem. Destiny and Trish focused on making things right. If you need help selecting a phone, have a question about accessories or need to make a payment, these two women provide excellent service. If you have a billing question or need to upgrade your phone, you will have to deal with Verizon, who does not have the same attention to detail that this location has. Not all franchises are corporate stores. If you have a complicated issue, ask if you are at a corporate store. Be prepared to wait on hold 30 minutes to 2 hours or more, if you need to talk to wireless customer service. Once you say goodbye to Trish and Destiny, you are calling Verizon call centers that won't identify where you are calling or care the same. "Customer care" is an interesting department. Trish and Destany made what could have been a frustrating process so easy and enjoyful that I would recommend them whole heartely , if you need a new phone or are transferring your service they will make it an easy process. They are a 10 in my book. Ray read more

I only wish reviews could be in the negative. I received the worst customer service from Trish. She is not helpful, her customer service skills are minus zero and she will not help you. Worst customer service experience ever. My son went there to upgrade a phone and called me for the PIN to my account. My PIN has been the same since the beginning of my account. I gave it to her and she said it was incorrect and did not work. I told her it was for sure the right PIN...she had me call the business customer service and they of course verified my PIN was indeed correct. I called back let her know that it was correct. She rambled on about never being able to get in my account as long as the PIN was incorrect...the PIN was not incorrect and Verizon Business Customer Service had verified it. I ask if she could get on the phone and conference Verizon in so we could make the transaction and verify the PIN was indeed correct...she refused. She has an extremely bad attitude and zero customer service skills. She really needs to work a job that has zero customer contact...she was a total joke and extremely bad for their business. I own a business and if my employees treated a customer in that manner...no questions asked they would be fired on the spot. read more
